*beep beep* *beep beep* I turned the alarm off and then opened my eyes, and look at the time "I'm so late for work FUCK" I jump out off bed and start changing, after I finished changing I grab my keys and run out of the apartment.
'Shit shit shit shit shit shit fuck-' I see someone in the elevator, the doors are starting to close so I yell to the person to keep the door open and they do.
"Thank you" I say, "Your welcome!" They say.
We are both there in a uncomfortable silence.. Then the elevator stops in the middle of going down- 'No no this can't be happening-' I start to panic- "hey hey! Are you okay?" The person next to me asks.
"Uhh- No? The elevator just stopped! WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?!" I said, it was getting hard to breathe, I was trying to get air but it was hard to do so. It was getting blurry, tears were starting to form in my eyes..
"Hey hey... Look at me, breathe in for four, hold for seven, out for eight.. In for four, hold for seven, out for eight.." I was trying to do the breathing exercises, key word! Trying.
