Soobin POV

I love to walk at night, it brings me a sense of peace, but today it was the cause of my anxiety. I accidentally walked too far from my house- near the area which isn't considered safe at night. My roommates are going to kill me if they found out I haven't returned.

waitttttt....they probably know this already. I must bring my phone from tomorrow on wards.

"Aaaahhhhhhhh".............

"who-ooo-oo aa-re you..........GET AWAY FROM ME", because of the flickering and constant dimming of lights, I couldn't make out who it was but they started placing their mouth on my skin, next to the point in between my neck and shoulder to be exact. I started struggling to free myself when another (quite shorter and thinner than the first one) held captured my hands and started touching me from the front. I knew struggling would get me nowhere if even this smaller one is so strong, I would not be able to beat the one smelling me at the back.

WHY IS HE SMELLING ME ????? as this realization sink in, the 2 became amused as they thought I had given up (because this thought startled me and I stopped struggling unknowingly).

But their smiles were soon wiped of their faces when they were thrown against the wall.

Wait I need to speak and not just think. Before I could turn and bow as a token of thanks one of them held my hand and swiftly pulled me away from there. The speed was so fast that it felt like a blur, before I found myself near the department store of my area.

This time a looked up and finally could see his handsome, carefully-carved face. He looks ethereal.

I was pulled out of my thoughts when I looked around the area, and found myself at the garden by the department store near my dorm which I shared with Beomgyu.

Taehyun's pov

I was taking a peaceful walk along with woojin hyung and kai near the areas the dumb humans had named 'the unsafe area'. Dumb because this whole area is a dangerous place to reside. The area gives you such a silent vibes that it appears creepy.
believe your instincts humans, this area is creepy and full of danger.

We walked out of the alley and saw a very tall, like really tall man being smothered by 2, one from back and other from the front. I just don't get these humans, Why WHY can't they do this at home and have pity us from as we have to see it.

My thoughts halted as I came to a realization. There was a known human around. Not only could we all smell his fear and anxiety but he was nearby.
the next realization hit me and huening like a truck. The scent was of Soobin and was coming from the direction of the 3 boys. I looked at kai as realization dawned on me and both of us rushed towards them. I threw of the boy standing in front of soobin while Kai did the same with the one behind him. Woojin hyung had catched on to us by now and helped in pinning the first boy...oops no not boy, the vampire down and had no trouble doing that despite the struggle and growls of the said person. Kai also had almost no trouble to pin the other down especially after realizing who it was.

The infamous Choi Yeonjun. They have an interesting history together. Kai was already angry that soobin was here in this area he had along with beomgyu forbidden him to come to. But now he was furious when he realized that it was the same person who first tried to court Beomgyu when he was already doing so but he didn't detest him back then as Beomgyu is probably the most handsome he has met and is very intelligent. But he hated him since he tried to come between them.

Now, you may ask who Beomgyu is????

Well beomgyu is 2 years boyfriend of my dearest friend huening Kai. Soobin is his roommate who he cares about like his own brother. They are so close that they even claim that they are born to different mothers because one wouldn't have been able to handle them. Well even 2 can't but shhhh.....don't tell Beomgyu hyung I said this.
I remember he had warned me from approaching soobin on a reason " he is way too innocent for you". He also warned me to stay from him. But see fate brought us together. Sure these aren't the most desirable circumstance but yeh!. Now I can definitely invite him on date.

While I was busy thinking all this I realized that we have reached the garden by the department store near his dorm and the human...errr No. he found soobin staring up at him lost in his own thoughts.

He took time in looking at the handsome man in front of him who suddenly made an eye contact with him.

He had to had no time to hide his grin as Beomgyu barged in shacking both of them along with kai. He pulled his best friend out of tae's hug and hugged him instead while breathing heavily.

No one pov

Soobin looked down and saw tear filled face of Beomgyu who already knew what had happened. He hugged him back and assured him that he was fine thanks to beomie's err..... friend?

Beomgyu then turned to take a look at taehyun and spoke shamelessly still wiping his tears- "fine fine you can take him out on a date if he agrees. But I want him back at our apartment sharp at 11: 30, with not a single scratch on his skin or a single tear in his eye.

HAVE I MADE MYSELF CLEAR???"

All the attention shifted on Soobin who shyly accepted the offer before his right arm was taken by taehyun as a gentle kiss was pressed against it. Taehyun then turned towards him and asked, "will you be free by 7 tomorrow, my love...I will come and pick you up."

Soobin had turned as red as an apple before he whispered a small yes. He then noticed Beomgyu who was smiling at him and showing him a thumbs up before joining Kai and going god knows where.

Meanwhile tae received a long message of thanks which he saw through his phone but didn't bother reading full knowing what beomgyu as written while smiling at the handsome man in front of him.

He knew the moment he rescued him tonight, that he will keep him now. He knew it will be quite hard to keep himself from biting soobin- both because- his scent is quite irresistible and also because he is possessive.

He decided that he willtell soobin the truth tomorrow and will let him decide what he thinks. If onlyhe had read Beom's message, he wouldn't have to worry about this matter.
