The Iron Throne is a seat for the ruler of the Seven out of Eight Kingdoms, but why not all of them? Because the eighth kingdom has their own ruler and they have cut themselves off from the rest of the world. There are legends about the eighth kingdom, the kingdom that lies in the east with millions of people inhabiting it, armies that can never be defeated and a ruler so powerful they are thought to be a God. 

All of this may or may not be true but their words are true, The East hold many secrets.
