Some rants and random things about my mental health over the past few years, just felt like I wanted to share them. Writing and thought dumps are my outlets for processing my emotions on bad days. This is my experience and by no way a guide on how other people should be navigating their mental health journeys, but hopefully a good example of the kinds of things that have helped me through the darkness. The first few chapters were written in a very dark period, so read at your own discretion and stay safe. The latter chapters are a bit more constructive as I have learned techniques to cope, become kinder to myself and have been removed from situations that were worsening my mental health over my teenage years. I have no idea if it will help anyone to see this progression or even just to read the recent chapters and have a look at my thought processes and methods that are helping me make it through. If it does help I will be very happy :)
