When three children are brought to the hospital with no legal guardians or documentation and a barely-believable tale to explain it all, they're labeled as compulsive liars and packaged away into foster care with little more than a glance. Phil is an experienced foster parent. He wasn't expecting to take three emergency placements at once, but he's the one to handle it. Unfortunately for him, he can't help but think that these kids are telling the truth; and that's only scarier.
