Isn't That Illegal is about a teacher called Mr Downey, or as some know him as Robert and about a girl called Holly Smith and her brother Sam and sister Jade. Robert and Holly have a sort of.. Connection. However he's her teacher, so whatever the connection was, shouldn't happen.
