Evie was used to life on the road. Touring had become second nature to her, as easy as driving a car or riding a bike. But this time was different. This was Crossing Astor, one of the biggest bands in the country. And if she wanted to eventually become a manager herself, this was a great step in the right direction. But the job wasn't as straightforward as it seemed, and dealing with these three musicians was a lot harder than she ever could have anticipated. The drummer was too quick-tempered, the bassist was too attractive, and the lead singer seemed to be losing himself with each and every performance. Evie wasn't sure he was all there in the first place.
