v Here is some stuff to know about me v
I am a waterbender. I was born in the Southern Water Tribe to Chief Hakoda and his wife (also my mother) Kya. During my childhood, I was the only waterbender in the South Pole. At first I lived a peaceful life with my family, until I lost my mother in a Fire Nation raid. After my father left to fight the Fire Nation in the Hundred Year War, I was raised by my grangran, Kanna, alongside with my older brother, Sokka. As a teenager, Sokka and I found an Air Nomad named Aang, who turned out to be the Avatar. He was frozen in an iceberg with his flying bison, Appa, for one hundred years. In need for a waterbending master, Aang, Sokka, and I left the South Pole to the Northern Water Tribe. Sokka and I eventually became close friends with Aang, and after our journey to the North Pole, we continued our journey with him across the world to help him master the following elements, earth and fire. Our assistance helped Aang halt the Fire Nation's ambitions of world domination, ending the century-long war, and finally restoring balance to the world.
