3rd person pov
"where the hell have you been" she crossed her arms at the tall figure sitting on the bed, "it doesn't matter Olivia" he closed his book staring at her

"you just disappear and then come back, what is going on Tom"

"it doesn't matter Olivia"

"yes, it does!"

"no, it doesn't"

"YES IT DOES" she raised her voice a little

"I had to do it"

"Do what Tom, please tell me what is going on" she said softly, but he just shook his head

"You need to tell me" she trailed her hands through her hair panicking

"I don't need to tell you anything" he glared back at her

"fine if you don't, I'll have it my way," she said

"legilimens" she pointed her wand at him and grabbed his hand, a feeling of wind brushed through her as she saw all the memories

Some of them were happy, other parts of memories showed Tom on his lowest

The way he felt lonely, his whole life he grew up without any parents, he couldn't possibly feel loved or know how to love someone

It was a new feeling which he was not used to, he always had his brother by right next to his side, they were like glue, stuck together, until both met Olivia

She saw herself in his memories, the way in classes he stared at her, and noticed everything about her, her smile, scent, and body language

But most important she saw what happened a day ago

He appeared at Malfoy manor, no one was there only his dad sitting on the opposite side of the room with his wand in his hands, "finally, this day came" he said making his way up to Tom

"let's get this over with," Tom said with his shaky voice, looking around to notice if anyone was there, "ah yes," The Lord said mumbling something under his breath as a girl appeared in front of Tom, "now kill her" he laughed making his way to his chair

Blue eyes, blonde hair, looked similar, it was Daphne, she looked bad, she was in dried blood and she looked in pain. Her eye bags were pretty obvious and her shirt was covered in blood from curses she was hit with

Tom looked at her in fear, trembling back, almost falling in terror, "what are you waiting for" his dad glanced at him, "prove your loyalty to me son" he hissed

"I can't- cant" he took a step back panicking, "get rid of her" Voldemort looked back at his son and then the girl, "she is useless" he continued again

Tom pointed his wand at her, as she flitched and whimpered knowing she is going to die, "think about Olivia, will she forgive you after this son" he stood up walking around, "now kill her before I kill you" he sounded scary as Tom glanced back at Daphne

"I'm sorry" he whispered as the green light hit her

Olivia jumped off the bed, as the memory ended, she was gasping for air, as Tom sat on his bed devasted, "why" tears started forming up, "out everyone why her" she took a step back, clearly being scared of what was Tom capable of
