Enough love

12.

When I get Isabelle out of class, she is excited to find out that she will be able to see her prince today.

As we walk home Isabelle can't stop jumping up and down. She tells me about her day in class and what she ate.

I open the door for her and let her go in first. She runs to her room to put her backpack up. I head to my room to change from work clothes.

Isabelle comes out changed as well.

I grab her one of my old kid sweater in case she gets cold

Its still big on her so it will cover her dress.
We leave the house and I put her in her booster seat in the car before we head to go pick up Ethan.

As I drive, Isabelle plays music from my phone. The first song she chooses is 'Hey There Delilah' her favorite song at the moment.

She continues to go through random song as I drive to Ethan's school.

I find parking in front of his school and took Isabelle's window down. I get out of the car and stand next to Isabelle's window. I message Ethan letting him know that I have arrived. Isabelle tells me stories that she learned in class as I keep an eye out for Ethan.

After about five minutes I finally see Ethan walk out of his school. He smiles as he spots me.
He stops in front of me and I appreciate his outfit.

Ethan Can pull off any style.
(Blake) "You look handsome."
(Ethan) "Thank you.. you look better than I do. These are my class clothes.

I smile and take his hand. I give a small kiss to his knuckles.

(Isabelle) "Daddy thinks prince is very pretty. He only kisses pretty people's hands. Like me and g-ma."
(Blake) "Ethan is pretty. You three are the only three pretty people in my life."

Isabelle giggles and sits in her seat properly. I look at Ethan and he is looking away from me but his ears are red. I smile and pull slightly on his hand. He comes toward me and I give him a hug.
(Blake) "I love seeing your cheeks turn red."
(Ethan) "uh... uhm.. we.. don't do that my brain stops working and then I seem stupid and I'm not stupid I promise you just make me seem stupid because your hot and you say things that turn me to mush."
(Blake) "Breath beautiful. I'll stop if that's what you want. I know very well that you aren't stupid."
I open his door and close it when he is in.

I get into the car and start our way to the next city for our fun activity that we planned for the day.

As I drive Isabelle and Ethan take turns playing songs. They trade stories of how their day went and how school was.

I smile holding Ethan's hand as I drive hoping that this could be my future I want this family. I want Ethan, Isabelle, and maybe another kid. I'm crazy for thinking this.

I have always known what I want in life. I have always been truthful and upfront about liking someone or not lurking someone.

Now is different... I am not by myself... I have Isabelle to think about. I know she likes Ethan... but would she like him as a dad? Would he want to be her dad? He is in college he has a whole life to have a family.

I mentally shake my head. Now is not the time to think about this. Now is the time to enjoy this moment with the guy that I like and my daughter.
