Chapter 4: The Tour for Different Nations

The CPUs went back down to the ground and transformed to their normal forms, "We never imagined you can beat her up like that easily! Even she was powerful!" Vert said, "You are so powerful!" Blanc said to Rory. Rory giggled and replied, "Well, I did not used my entire strength there because by looking at her, she looked too weak."."I guess let's all go back and start the tour shall we?" Noire said. Itami smiled and the JSDF offered them a ride to their vehicles and Neptune started the tour of Planeptune, they showed all the wonderful parts of the city and the JSDF and the girls were amazed at these sights. "I am sure our scientists will be pleased to know more about these advanced computers!" Kurokawa said. "Yeah, our technology is way more futuristic than your world." Neptune replied, "Umm Neptune? May I ask you something?" Itami asked, "Yes? What is it?" Neptune looked at Itami, "When we finally establish our relationship with your countries to this world, can we build our embassies in your nations? So that ordinary tourists can pay a visit here too." Also, we would love to trade products and technology with your nations." Itami said. "Well I agree, with your proposal but I need to consult Histy about this." Neptune said to him. "Yes, also we need to have our private meeting about this also with our oracles." Blanc followed, Itami nodded at what they said and now he expects a good result in their private meeting later on. The tour in Planeptune is finished and the JSDF had taken note of everything they observed and saw, the next stop was Lastation and Noire takes over of the tour and after few minutes of drive they arrived a Lastation, the place looks a steampunk city, "Hmm this reminds me of a fiction novel I just read few years ago" Kurata said. The place was surreal steampunk, the city seems rusty and some buildings look old, "This city is fine but it really needs some more improvement" Tomita said as he observes the looks of the city during the tour, the people are looking at the three strange vehicles and the huge one driving around the city, they thought them as the Goddesses visitors. "Looks like we got everyone's attention here huh?" Itami said, "Yeah, it is but don't worry guys I will address them later after the tour that you guys are just visitors here" Noire reassures them. They stopped by Noire's place for a while to rest and refuel their vehicles, Noire and Uni offered them some snacks and also had a few chatter with them. "So, Itami what do you think of our city?" Noire asked him. "Well based on our observation, the city looks like a steampunk from a science fiction book." Itami replied. "Yeah it sure is, but we are still developing it." Noire replied back. "I have a good suggestion about this Miss Noire." Tomita said in a positive tone. "Well, what is it?" Noire followed. "Your city is still developing, maybe we can give you a hand by inviting our contractors and engineers to help you build more modern houses and buildings." Tomita replied. Upon hearing this Noire's eyes widened with hope, knowing that these Japanese engineers and contractors will surely help her country develop faster. "Yes we can also invite our business people to open up companies here to boost the economy even more." Kurata also said. "You seem to have a problem in your smog emission, our government can offer you alternative power sources" Kurokawa follows. "Because you seem to have problems with monsters ravaging your nations we would like to help you in taking care of them by defense treaty." Itami said. After the JSDF interviewed Noire and Uni during their short break they had gathered enough information and concluded that Lastation really needs some serious help in infrastructures and environmental concerns and monsters ravaging anywhere. The thick smog is harmful, so the JSDF and the four girls are forced to use the type 4 gas masks while traveling the other parts of the city, Noire and Uni saw them with that masks, "Umm... what is that you are wearing?" Uni asked. "Oh this? This is a Type 4 Gas Mask, we always bring this with us in case of chemical attacks" Kuribayashi replied to them both. "We still have some spare masks here if want to try them." Furuta offered the sisters. Noire nodded and she and Uni wore the gas mask. "This mask is a bit warm and tight enough, and I can't smell that smog from the factory wearing this." Uni commented. "Yeah this mask is sure useful especially from the smog created by the factories." Noire followed and also Neptune, Nepgear and the other goddesses wore the masks and they continued the tour around the city, the other parts of the city is covered by smog so they had to use their headlights and the Type 74 it's infrared sights to see well while traveling the roads near the factories, they passed by huge and medium sized factories, clouds of smog are blanketing that part of Lastation, thankfully the Type 4 masks come in handy in these place and they got out of that part of the city without problems. "That smog was surely thick, I think we should wash our vehicles when we get back to Japan." Kurata said. The tour in Lastation ends and it's Blanc's turn now, they all removed their gas masks and starts to drive towards Lowee, "I'll inform you guys, Lowee is on winter seasons right now, I suggest you wear your coats and jackets." Blanc said. Itami nods and they wore their standard issue winter coats in JSDF and proceed towards Lowee, but this time the Type 74 is in the front and it will use its dozer to push away the snow to create a path for the convoy. They arrived at Lowee the roads were covered in snow and the Type 74 started pushing the snow with its dozer blade to make way for the convoy, the people and children of Lowee saw these machine and three strange moving boxes and ran back to their homes, then Blanc gets out from one of the vehicles to convince people that they are friendly, after seeing Blanc step out of the vehicle the people were relieved and watch them as the JSDF and the goddesses have their tour of Lowee, the heater was warm enough for everyone inside the vehicles and Blanc was surprised of this technology, "Umm... Excuse me Itami, what is this thing giving heat to us here in this vehicle?" Blanc asked. "Oh this? It's a heater, it is sucking the air from outside us then the engines heat is converting that air to be warm and that is giving heat to us all here inside the vehicle." Itami explained to her, upon hearing this Blanc wondered that Japan is surely a very advanced country that they can even make something like this "Heater" to be so small and still give off enough heat inside the vehicle against the cold winter breeze in Lowee. They toured around the city and saw the different buildings and some of the designs quite resemble old traditional japanese houses. "Hmmm it's like Japan all over again here especially with the designs of the houses here." Kurokawa commented upon seeing them, then they passed by the parks and schools and also the beautiful sights there, and they noticed that the city lacked some recreational areas and it seems that their only way of entertainment is bowling and few brain games, then the team though it would be a great idea to introduce them to winter sports to boost the entertainment of people in this nation and also they could held local sport tournaments in this country, and they could invite business people and contractors and engineers to improve this nation even more and also some scientist to do more research and also to ask aid from their magic experts to assists them in their studies but they still need to talk to the Goddess and the oracle to ask for their permission. After the tour on Lowee's cities, the sky was already dark and they have to spend the night in Blanc's place, they parked their vehicles in the garage of Lowee Castle but few remained to stay and sleep in the vehicles to guard them. Rory enchants a curse to protect the JSDFs vehicles and equipment from strangers, and they proceeded to the designated rooms prepared by the staff for them, because they don't have a heater in the castle they had to wear their winter JSDF coats and boots and gloves to protect them from cold. They had their dinner first as the staff prepared hot meals for them to get them warm for the cold night, then after the dinner they proceed with the interview and short conversation between the JSDF officers and the goddess and her oracle Mina Nishizawa, "So Miss Blanc, based on our observation it seems your country is good overall but because of winter you seem to lack much in heaters." Itami started, "Yes that's true." Blanc replied. "Okay, next is it's seems the recreational activities are few because of the winter season." Kuribayashi followed, Blanc nodded. "The magic in this country is great, I think it would be a great help for our scientists." Kurokawa followed, Blanc smiled at this and then after that the JSDF started their offers, "Well in the assessment of your situation, we could offer you a helping hand in this nation." Itami said. "Yes, we would love to tell our heater making companies to put up business here." Tomita said. Upon hearing this, Blanc's eye widened with hope, that their problem with coldness could be answered by these people from Japan, "Also we would love to invite athletes to introduce winter sports to boost the recreation in this nation." Kuribayashi said to her, "It seems your country does not have enough communication so we would like to provide you with many means of communication here in your nation." Kurata followed. The offers from JSDF are sure great but she will have to consult the oracle first, "What do you think Mina?" she asked her. "Well considering that their observations were pretty accurate. I agree to this proposal." Mina replied to her, then oracle considered the offers and gave it an approval. So she goes back and tells the JSDF that their offers are accepted, "Hey guys it seems that your offers are approved by our oracle." Blanc said happily. "That's great to hear Blanc!" Itami replied. "Well I guess this concludes the meeting, well then let's all have a good rest everyone." Blanc says as she concludes the meeting and everyone went to their rooms and have a good night rest. The tour was not yet over because they have not visited Leanbox yet, the problem will start to arise because the nation itself is separated by bodies of water, so possibly the tour for Leanbox tour might be postponed for the meantime, until they could build the JMSDF seaports and JASDF airfields around the nations and board a ship or aircraft towards Leanbox because the use of teleportation is too dangerous and they might loose some of their equipment or vehicles if things go haywire during the teleportation.
