Special note: if you're playing the video above, make sure to read the translated lyrics to picture an Arisa and En moment unless you understand Japanese. The lyrics in pink is the girl talking and in blue it's the boy. Happy listening. Song: Koibito Tsunagi/Lovers' Bond by CHiCo with Honeyworks.

Back to the regular note, well, first I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year! May 2021 be what 2020 failed to be and as the world heals from the pandemic, I'm wishing you good health and success. Whether you're just a student, an employee/businessperson, or a creative with dreams, I wish you success and that things get better this year for you and your family.

Secondly, wow! I can't believe I was able to finish writing this book without taking a break or writer's block attacking me. Although there were moments that sucked up my writing motivation, I'm still surprised that I was able to finish writing without being on hiatus and I can only thank you for everything.

Whenever my inspiration/motivation disappears, I always think of you and remember that there's someone out there who enjoys my stories, and that gives me the strength to keep writing. So you have a part in the completion of all three novels and my thanks are not enough to express how I appreciate your support. Thanks for being part of my writing journey.

I really enjoyed writing En's story. I had so much fun exploring his character and discover sides I hadn't written in his profile. To think I feared writing from his point of view because I'm a woman, I never thought I would feel comfortable to the point of enjoying writing from his point of view more than Arisa's.

It was definitely a good experience and I'm looking forward to writing more stories from a male point of view. This is definitely my favorite book in the series and speaking of which, which of the three books you enjoyed the most? I'm really curious about your answer.

So what's next?

After spending time mostly in En's head, it's time to return to Arisa's head and conclude the Guardians' story. The next book will be the final one in the series, and I would like to write as many chapters as I can before posting it here so it won't have an exact release date.

The tentative date will be around October or November, but I want to make sure things are near perfect, so the release date might change. I'm also giving a try querying (I can't believe I'm challenging my fears) for a literary agent in order to traditionally publish the series one day, so this can influence the publishing date of the final book on wattpad as well.

I already have the blurb and have written notes of the first six chapters. Whatever happens, make sure to add this book to your library since I'll announce the sequel here. You can also follow me to receive updates. I'm also on Instagram and will tease my future projects there. If you have Instagram don't be shy to follow me; my username is dianawrites03.

Since the release of Book IV is really far away, here's the book title to tease you a bit (the image might take several seconds to load):

I hope to see you again once I start posting the final installment.

While you wait for the final book, you can check out Ipseity by hcwilhelm if you enjoyed my series, you'll definitely enjoy this one since it has elements similar to mine and it's already complete, so you can binge with no worries. I read it last year and it became one of my favorite wattpad books. You can also check my reading list if you're looking for new reads.

If you're looking for a new story from me, you check out my new project (more about it below). I've been trying to write books outside my comfort zone to take a little break from the Guardians' world. If the description catches your interest, add the book to your library to receive updates. I'm still in the midst of writing it and I'll post the chapters around late February/early March.

I'm also attempting to revive a story I found in my notebook. Since I'm still developing the story, I can only tease you with a banner at the end of this A/N.

My next project is of the Paranormal genre set in contemporary Japan, and it might have a tiny connection with The Astral Guardians Series. The cover (excuse my skills) and description are as follows:

Elina Tsuha is an aspiring stage actress. Since she was fourteen, she has been part of numerous stage plays.

Despite her resumé, she still doesn't like to be the center of attention. In fact, she would rather be invisible in the background than having people's eyes on her. For her, performing is a form to help her open up and distract herself from seeing things that are not there, nothing more.

However, when the main actress of a play she's part of cannot perform due to an illness, Elina is chosen to replace her. Not having any memory of auditioning to substitute the main actress, Elina doesn't think twice and plans to tell those involved with the play, that she's not the right girl to play the main character.

Things turn upside down when she crosses paths with a girl dressed in white and a boy who claims to be a reaper. Finding herself in a transparent world she always thought was something of her head, Elina teams up with the girl dressed in white to help her out with the stage. In exchange, she will help the girl remember who she really is.

But the transparent world is more than ghosts and reapers and messing with it can be more dangerous than Elina could ever imagine.

Has the story caught your interest? Click/tap my profile to add it to your library. It only has an A/N right now. As I said before, I'll start posting chapters around February/March. I hope to see familiar faces reading that story.

I'll end this note with yet another rain of thank you. Thank you for always being there whenever I click that publish button. Thank you so much for inspiring me with your comments and votes and of course reading.
