NO POV

It's been a few years now since Misaki and Levi got married and had two beautiful kids. Kuchel and Furlan were now 8 years olds causing chaos through the palace walls. Misaki and Levi also had two more kids: a 5 year older, Bertolt Kenny Ackerman, and one on the way. Bertolt Kenny Ackerman was identical to his dad, right down to his personality. The older two don't like cleaning, but Bertolt is in love with cleaning. When Levi and Bertolt get into their cleaning zone, they can get a little rude, but that's them.

MISAKI'S POV

I am nine months pregnant with our fourth child. I told Levi after this one, no more. I don't think I can handle going another nine months without eating sushi. When we found out the baby was a girl, Levi knew exactly what he wanted to name her: Isabel Raina Ackerman. He picked the first name, and I picked the middle.

Right now, I am sitting on a bench outside. I'm watching Sasha and Connie chase my three kids around. I don't know what I would do without them and the rest of the Survey Corps. I feel someone kiss my neck, and I know exactly who it is: Levi. He takes a seat next to me and watches our kids get demolished in a game of tag. I told everyone not to go easy on them. They need to learn how to work hard for what they want.

"Levi?"

"Yes."

"When are you going to retire? I get worried when you leave the walls: the kids too."

"There's an expedition coming up. After that one, I'll retire." I didn't know they had an expedition coming up.

"What's the expedition?" He looked down. I grab his hands and place them in mine. "You don't have to tell me."

"No, I want to. Earlier this year, some of my men saw the Beast Titan roaming around the north of us. I didn't believe them, so I took my squad out to look, and we saw him. This expedition will put an end to him."

"Levi, we can't."

"Why not?"

"I made a deal with him." He looked at me in shock.

"What deal?" I take a deep breath and tell him what happened that day.

He grabs the two encased energy sources and runs.
"Zeke, it's only you. They killed Ymir."
"No. This is my mission. I need to finish it. If you won't give it to me, then I have no use for you anymore."

"Wait."

"After I kill you, I am going to kill Levi. Then, all of those kids and the entire Survey Corps. As my last goodbye, I'll kill your kids, each one slowly." He grabs me and lifts me. His grip is tightening around me.

"Wait, let me make a deal with you."

"Why would I do that?"

"Because I could end you right now. You don't have the energy to fight: I can feel it. Honestly, I don't have the energy either, but I have more than you." Zeke nods.

"I will only talk to Zeke though. I want a heartfelt, face-to-face conversation." He gets out of his titan and set me next to him.

"I won't fight you anymore." He smirks. "You and I both know that Levi is more than capable of killing you. He's training more cadets to be like him. Now, if you add Mikasa, they will definitely kill you." His smirk drops. All I could see was fear in his eyes. "What do you want?"

"Give me Annie and Reiner. Bertolt is probably already dead, so just them."

"Zeke, I can't do that." I sympathized with him. Yes, he was the enemy, but I could feel his pain: it was genuine. He really loved those kids. "As Queen, I can't do that. It's just something that cannot be done." He looks angry. I watch him carefully. "Zeke, but I can do this. I love all of the cadets even Annie. I met her at the training camps. She was quiet, but I got her to open up to me. I promise I won't let anyone hurt them. As long as you, don't come back here. Go somewhere far away, and don't come back to the Walls. You will leave the people in the Walls and the Survey Corps alone. You will not attack them. You will not kill them. Is that a deal?" He thought about it.

"Fine. How are you going to get back?" I looked towards the Walls. It was too far to go on foot; I would never make it. I turn to Zeke.

"I need you to throw me: throw me as far as you can. I'll encase myself."

"Are you sure?" I nodded. This was the only way for me to get home. Before Zeke got back inside his titan, he whispered something in my ear. "I agreed to the deal, but that doesn't mean I forgive you for killing Bertolt." Just like that, he pushed me off him and I fell on the ground. Zeke got back inside his titan and grabbed me. I was barely conscious, but I felt the wind blowing in my hair and the sky zip past me. I wouldn't move. The pain was too much, but I used the energy I had left to encase myself before impact."

"Levi, I made that deal to protect everyone. Kuchel. Furlan. Bertolt. You. The Survey Corps. You can't just go after him. He will kill you."

"No. I don't trust him. We are going on this expedition."

"I coming with you."

"No. You are pregnant." I roll my eyes.

"Levi, I have gone through childbirth three times already. That's more painful than anything I've ever experienced before. Three times, Levi! Three times! If you go on this expedition, then I am coming with you to make sure you don't do anything stupid."

"No. As commander and your husband, I say no."

"You wanna play that card? As Queen of the Walls, I say yes."

"Do you hear yourself right now, Misaki? We need to know why he's just sitting there. Why did he return now? If you come with us and we both die, who will take care of our kids? Think, Misaki. Zeke tried to kill you after you made him that deal. What makes you think he isn't going to break the deal?"

"I don't know."

"Exactly." He wraps his hands around my face. "I love you. I promise I will be back. I just need to make sure you and the kids are safe." I nod. He's right. I'm being selfish. I lean forward and kiss him.

"I love you, Levi."

"I love you too."
