After taking Korra home I went home myself, once I opened the door my father was standing there arms crossed looking very frustrated. "Asami where have you been!" He yelled.
I was taken back by this my father never yelled let alone lose his temper. "I was dropping a freind off at home." Freind I thought, the word rolled off my tongue.
My father sighed, "you know Tarlokk has been cracking down on us non-benders, he may be your teacher but he is also a political figure first." He warned.
"I know that's why I went straight home afterwards." I shot back trying to win my freedom.
My father looked at me then walked away. I stood there looking at the spot where my father stood. I hugged myself and walked up the stairs, "Tarlokk," I muttered, "him and his plan to rid the equalists. It needs to be only for equalists not every non-bender in Republic City."
I huffed into my room and threw my bag near my desk. "This can't get any worse can it?"
