I made it back home and I sat all the bags down when I heard my moms voice "no you not stay where the fuck you at I don't got time for yo bullshit" I stayed quiet cause I didn't want to interrupt her conversation
"You bet not come here I'll tell you that" she said and she hung up
When she got to the bottom of out white staircase and looked at me "alright all my stuff is packed come on let's go" she said grabbing her keys
I didn't want to ask her who she was talking to cause I could honestly care less but the my mind was going off on who it might
be was it my grandpa trying to see me after the incident with him and my mom
Or maybe my dad...no couldn't be him
"Who was that" I asked and she stared at me then locked the door as we walked out "nobody important where are we eating cause I'm starving" she said as we both got in the car
"Um IHop I'm really in the mood for chicken and waffles" I said and she nodded
It was too quiet so I turned on the music and my favorite song was on (at the top)

"Girl what is this" my mom asked nodding to the music
"Pull up by Asiandoll" I said rapping the verse word from word
"I like this wait till I get to work this all they all gone heard" she said causing me to laugh
Soon we pulled up to IHOP and got out
"Ain't nobody here" my mom said opening the door for me
"Hi welcome to IHOP I'll be you waitress this morning table or booth" she asked
"Booth" me and my mom said and she nodded we followed her "do you guys know what you'll like" she asked and I nodded "the chicken and waffle meal" I said right off the back
"What kind of drink" she asked "do you have peach tea" I asked and she nodded "will that be all" she asked and I looked at my mom
"Give me a second please" my mom said and she walked away
"Alright I was going to wait until I left but I probably would forget first that boxing stuff you was telling me about I'm for it I paid for you a personal trainer y'all will meet everyday after school weekends you free unless you have a fight coming up I got you a bug enough building do when you have to practice got there " she explained
"And I want to give you this so don't go crazy" she said and pulled out a black card and I couldn't help but scream
"No limit but don't go crazy keep up with it and get everything you want and need" my mom said
"Mommy thank you" y'all I was indeed looking my mind right now I hugged her so tight
"Girl you almost eighteen I can't keep treating you like a baby" she and I nodded my heart was beating out my chest the card had my name on it and I was just too happy
~30 minutes later~
"Alright some more stuff I had to tell you do you plan on moving out soon" she asked and I shook my head yes "alright when I get back we will go apartment shopping and furniture shopping so be ready" she said and she just making even more excited
"I want a penthouse" I said and she laughed
"You know you paying for everything that's why I gave you the card" she said causing me to stare at her "momma why" I whined and bit into my chicken
