"Stella, mama's gonna be out for a while just stay at your Lolo Tibo and Lola Rosing okay?", bilin ko sa anak habang hinahanda ang mga gamit nito.

I was directed to the LGU to pick up for the medicines but they instruct me to go directly at MMC. May mga donations daw ang MMC na hindi pa nakukuha. It was Tyler's hospital, doon noon naoperahan si Mama. It's Montecillo Medical Center.

Wala namang nakakakilala sa akin doon kung kaya ay dumiretso na ako agad. It was one hour travel from the town proper, Si Mang Karding ang nagmamaneho ng service ng community namin which was donated by the Mayor. It was my first time to be in this hospital. This is a private hospital with many charities and foundation, I was also learned that the facility where Mama stayed before was one of their foundations. It was a big hospital with high-end facilities.

Dumiretso na agad ako sa sadya ko roon but what caught my attention is the magazine of the hospital.

I asked the lobby kung libre ba ang magazine na iyon.

I put it inside my bag. Naging mabilis ang transaction with the volunteers. Naibigay agad iyong mga gamot na kailangan namin. It was pass lunched time so I decided to stop by a fast food. Kumain kami ni Mang Karding and I also take out for Stella.

Habang binabagtas namin ang daan pauwi ay inalabas ko mula sa bag ang magazine na kinuha ko mula kanina.

My eyes was glued to the kid in the middle.

"Ang laki mo na anak, miss na miss na kita", bulong ko sa sarili.

I was already 25 years old now, my pass experiences serves as lesson to me. When I was studying, some of my classmates have courted me pero hindi ako nagpaligaw kasi mas gusto kong nakalaan ang atensiyon ko sa anak ko.
