A very Johnlock Christmas

Heyyy :) this is kinda just a late Christmas story so enjoy xD

'Twas the night before Christmas at around 11pm. Sherlock and John were sat on the sofa watching Pirates of the Caribbean. Usually Sherlock was the one who didn't pay attention to what was on the telly but he was obsessed with this movie. John on the other hand was typing away on his computer updating his blog on one of the recent cases.

Sherlock and John haven't spoken since 4pm in the afternoon as Sherlock has been too immersed in Pirates of the Caribbean. It was nearing midnight and Sherlocks mind was starting to wonder. His mind and eyes drifted over to John who was sat opposite him still typing away on his blog. He's adorable Sherlock thought to himself. His eyes then panned over to the time 11:57 he read on the clock next to the wall. He looked over at John again. His thought process went something like this:
What if I just went and sat next to him.. he wouldn't mind right?

So he stood up and sat next to John. John didn't mind if he was being perfectly honest with himself. He actually moved a little closer and put his laptop down to watch the movie.

What if I held his hand? No Sherlock that's stupid John Watson is not gay. But all the signs are there.. maybe I read him wrong? Ah screw it.

So he did. John flinched at first but then intertwined his hand with Sherlocks. Sherlocks cheeks went a deep red as he secretly took Sherlocks pulse. Hightened he realised. Suddenly John placed his head on Sherlocks shoulder making Sherlock blush harder than he already was.

Oh my god oh my god oh my god. His head is on my shoulder. What do I do? Uhhh oh god its almost midnight what do I do what do i-

12:00 25th of December Christmas Day

John sat up and planted a kiss on Sherlocks cheek.

"Merry Christmas Sherlock" John whispered turning a light shade of pink.
Sherlock didn't understand what had happened for about 10 seconds. Then he turned johns face towards him and kissed him on the lips.

"Merry Christmas John."

They smiled at each other and eventually drifted off to sleep.
