Lara's pov:

I was really bored today, I decided to rest from yesterday's events and trying to get over a fact that I have powers now

'Maybe I find something about it on the internet? I heard Captain man got into a huge fight with someone called Drex? '

I took my phone and started to scroll on the social media, I researched about Captain man's fight but I couldn't find anything useful...

Until something catched my eye:

'A mysterious private school was opened on one of the Swellview's smaller mountains, it's name is claimed to be SWaG and the owner of the school is unknown. Although the school passed the inspectors test it's still remaining a mystery. Apparently the school is for talented kids with special abilities and they will not take a student if they are not capable of something abnormal, nobody knows what they mean by that but that's all we know about this mysterious school... '

I thought about what I have just read

'Abnormal? What do they mean by that... '

I thought a little bit but then I got a really crazy idea

'Should I go investigate? '

I mean, the school is in the middle of God knows where, nobody knows the direct owner and you need to have some abnormal abilities

If you ask me that sounds really suspicious.

So it's settled... I'll pay that school a little visit

I ran to the hallway that leads to the front door, I put on my shoes and leather jacket

I got my GPS ready and I left, locking the house behind me.

I looked at my GPS and I realized that the school was not that far away from my home

'Lucky me'

I thought and continued walking...

*15 minutes later*

I just finished climbing the mountain and looked at the big wooden door

I reached and knocked a few times

'It's all or nothing now'

I thought and I saw a tall brown haired man opening the door

"Well hello there... Random girl, whacha doing here? "

He looked abnormally nervous and I waved

"Well I came here to ask a few questions about getting into this school... "

He laughed and looked at me like he's going to send me off any second

"You saw the news report I believe and I also believe that you know you need to have some sort of ability. And what is your ability? Math? "

I laughed and looked him dead in the eye

"Well, if this was a NORMAL school they would actually like something like that but... I can't do math for life of me. So it's more like this..."

I didn't know what will happen if this is not the tipe of ability they are looking for but I was ready to take the risk for some reason

So, I rubbed my hands together and as I took them apart a big fireball came out of them

I made it disappear the next second because I got a little bit scared.

I looked at the guy and he didn't look too shocked but more impressed

"Well... Your name? "

"Lara Beish"

"Wellllll Lara, welcome to Swag. We'll send you your letter tomorrow but I'm afraid you need to go now-"

We then heard an explosion that came out of the classroom and I wanted to take a look but the man covered my view

"You'll meet this beautiful angels tomorrow! Bye! "

I laughed and gave him a salute, turned on my heal and started to head home.

*15 minutes later*

I got home and I couldn't believe that I was actually right...

'It's a school for kids with super powers! This is brilliant! '

I started to get excited because firstly: I'll finally go to school with kids my age, I'll learn what I actually need in life and...I DON'T KNOW, THIS IS AMAZING!

I did my little victory dance and jumped onto the couch

"I'll finally have a life!!!"

I shoot my hands up in victory at then i...

Well I fell off of the couch...

Anyway, I got up and pretend that never happened

'Tomorrow is the day everything goes down.'
