Lara's pov:

I woke up with a headache and I was in a really bad mood for some reason...

I didn't want to get up until I realized today is my first day at new school and figured I NEED to get my ass out of bed

Sure I was excited but not as excited as I was planning to be which is really weird

Is something bad going to happen today?
I hope not.

I made my way to the kitchen to get powered up with my elixir of life, coffee

I was a huge coffee addict even though I'm 14, it's really bad for my health but I just couldn't go a day without a morning coffee anymore

I was planning to slowly go on something lighter like a cappuccino, but that's irrelevant.

After I had that oh so desired coffee I checked the time and I was shocked to find out I was ✨late✨

'ON MY FIRST DAY? COME ON YOU MUST BE KIDDING'

I started running around the house to get all the stuff that I needed

'Jesus, this seems like some kind of thing that constantly happens in movies BUT WHY NOW'

I was cursing under my breath but in a matter of time I made it out of the house.

(Did I really call the hill a mountain all along? My english teacher will be SO happy 😂✨)

I was climbing the hill almost passing out after reaching the top because how exhausted I was from all the running around the house

'This is NOT my lucky day'

I finally got in my new classroom that was completely empty with 5 desks scattered around unevenly...

"Um... Hello? "

I said and I heard a weird air sound, then on the corner appeared a large tube and the man I talked to yesterday came down it

I didn't have any words since I never seen that tipe of thing just casually existing in a classroom.

"Hey Lara, how come you are so early? "

I looked the the clock on the wall, I wasn't early

"But I'm actually kinda late"

I said pointing at the clock, the man nodded his head

"I guess they are all late, again..."

I gave him a weird look

'He just let's his students be late? '

I thought but shrugged my shoulders.

I heard someone running from the outside and I saw... Mika? And another boy storming in

"We are soooo sorry that we are late! "

The girl said in panic and the man didn't seem phased neither was the boy besides her

"Uh, who's that? "

The boy pointed at me and I waved a little

"Name's Lara, sup"

He smiled and looked at his sister

"So that's that girl you said Chapa would lik- ohhh ya ignore that, anyways, I'm Miles. I'm Mikas twin, nice to meet ya"

I nodded and gave him a high five.

"Hello"

Everyone jumped and got scared from another boy who just walked in, he just laughed and keept standing there
