His hands trembled as he read the familiar script. His heart fighting to escape his chest, his breath becoming shallow.
He was scared. So scared.
The letters were getting creepier, more frightening. He wanted to tell the others, but decided against it. They'd only worry, and there was nothing any of them could really do.

He carefully refolded the letter and put it in the shoebox with the others. He wasn't sure why he kept them, but he did.
