Chapter 2 - [5~5] Exile

Madam Yin looked at the lawyer with her hateful gaze "how could the Jie family do that! How can we dare poison the First miss of the Chi clan!?"

"Then prove it! Bring every wine bottle that you have used during the banquet!" The lawyer said, everyone was surprised that the Chi family chosen lawyer was very talented  

On the outside of the open court at the gate many civilians were watching as the lawyer stated every fact and point and they were greatly awed as they saw the handsome lawyer

"Go get all of the bottles of the Jie clan that has been used during the banquet!" Magistrate Bai ordered and the Law enforcers moved and head to the Moon palace

"This is favoritism!" Madam Yin shouted in displeasure "silence!" Magistrate Bai stated as he smashed the rectangular wood on the table that created a huge sound "now the lawyer representing the Chi family what are your say now? As the Lawyer's victim it is always you who had the power to conflict the Jie family as the position of the victim while the lawyer of the Jie family as a suspect will defend the Jie family!"

There are 5 Powerful families inside the Lang province, the Chen family, Bai family, Chi family, Jie family and the Lan family these families are ranked in power wealth and influence inside the Lang province

The Chen family influence stretches to the capital and other provinces due to their business and influence as a past hero that save the great Zhan from calamity

The Bai family however has been always a producer of great scholars and lawyers, and its influence stretches from the capital, also they are a huge family with many branches yet its influence cannot be compared to the Chen family

The Chi family originated from the Lang province that produces scholars and lawyers and their Clan leader manages to climb up and become the governor of the Lang province

The Jie clan is not big yet powerful enough to be on the 4th spot as its influence stretches to the other provinces, they are a business maker family who rely on connections for protection

The Lan family however is a close friend of the Chen family, the Lan family is not influential and powerful yet it has the best business and strategic family, the Lan clan located in the Lang province is only a branch family

While the true Lan clan was inside the Capital and has a close relationship with the Chen clan, the Chen's and Lan's has always been great friends since on the ancient time as their family is a producer of talented mathematicians and advisors of generals

On the ancient time the ancestor of the Chen clan has rise into power by defeating  the Great Tan empire, the Chen family has a unique ability and talented minds but the Lan family has talented and mathematical mind that had came in handy during the battle

Which the Chen clan ancestor recognized the talents of the Lan's which brought the family in fame and prosperity until now

Since the decline of the Chen off springs the Lan family has offered numerous help which the Clan leader of the Chen clan was very grateful

On the 5 family of the Lang province the Chi, Bai and Jie had joined their power to overcome the Chen clan and the Lan clan

Yet to look on this situation on court they may might turn their backs at each other, Chen ru had planed this and he knew this will happened

"Your honor we have brought the bottles, nothing was left hidden and we found two hidden bottles that was kept by a servant" the Law enforcers took the bottle at Magistrate Bai

"Take a poison expert now!" Magistrate Bai ordered and not long after an old man came "Check this two bottles of wine if they are poisoned"    

"Yes your honor" the old man took a sliver needle, he pour the wine on a cup in front of the magistrate

The old man put the needle on the cup who was full of alcohol, the moment the needles was put on the alcohol the needles turned grey not black

"It is poison, but it is not strong" Magistrate Bai frown "so what kind of poison is it?" Magistrate Bai ask again "a poison that will let you sleep even if you were smashed a deep water you still will not wake up" everyone was shock

Magistrate Bai sigh "the evidence is clear, I here by announced Jie yun guilty!" Jie ming widen his eyes "your honor! We are sorry! Have mercy on us!"

"Jie yun will be suspended on the mines for 30 years and by that after he leave the West prison he will be punished again by cutting his child maker! For to not do this again that was stated by the law!"

Everyone gasps in shock "cutting his child maker? That means he will not have any children in the future!" A civilian shouted in surprised

"I shall never do the same thing as Jie yun had done!" Everyone laughed in mockery "send him to West prison now!"

"Your honor have mercy!" Magistrate Bai did not listen to their cries as he left the court right away leaving Madam Yin crying as Jie yun was frozen in shock and was brought up by the law enforcers on a caged wooden carriage

Chen ru lay at the tree while Han si was behind him, Chen ru has been waiting since noon and it is already dark "master may I have a question?"

"Hm" Chen ru answered as he closed his eyes feeling the breeze "if we frame the governor, would it be very obvious?" Chen ru smiled "not really, I have my eyes"

Han si widen his eyes "the first power of your first petal is illusions?" Chen ru nodded "we will let a person live, even through the magistrate wanted to investigate, he can't, solid witness and evidence had been presented on him"

Han si nodded as he finally understand "yet that did not explain why you wanted to kill them master" Chen ru smiled while closing his eyes

"I have a dream, the down fall of the Chen clan will soon come........ that is why I have awakened my first petal eyes" Han si was rather surprise

"So I will rather be prepared than to be sorry" Han si frown as he heard the sound of horses "master they are here" Chen ru smiled 'now how unlucky is it, the table's has turned my dear friend'
