Erik POV

I woke up to just y/n being beside me, I just laid back and watched her sleep. I was just thinking about last night, and then it hit me. Y/n's birthday is tomorrow, me and Lyle need to go shopping for her later. I shook her softly, " y/n you have to get up ". She groaned and sat up, " do I really have too ".

Erik: yes lazy

Y/n: but my legs hurt

I laughed, " yeah wonder why ", I put a pair of my sweatpants and hoodie on the bed. " come downstairs when you get ready ".

Y/n POV

Erik went downstairs and I was thinking and last night, like we really did that. I got up and changed and went downstairs, Erik was making food. I went and sat at the table as he sat the plate in front of me, he sat beside me as we ate.

Erik: so have you decided about the birthday party

Y/n: what if we have parties together

Erik: are you sure, I just don't want to like steal your spotlight

Y/n: Erik I hate attention so sure steal it

We finished eating and he washed the dishes, We sat on the couch and I put on a movie. Erik came and sat beside me, " I could get used to this ", I heard the door open, " get used to what " Lyle said as he walked in.

Y/n: just the peace and quiet

Lyle: oh me too

Erik: so where did you go

Lyle: college interview unfortunately

Y/n: I can't believe your going to college soon

Erik: my big brother all grown up

Lyle: your almost there too shush

Y/n: so what do you guys want to do

Erik: do you need a dress for tomorrow

I looked at Erik, " I don't do dresses "

Lyle: i'm sure you would look good in one

Y/n: definitely not

Lyle picked me up, " dress time "

He put me down in the car, him and Erik get into the car, We drive to the dress store.

Y/n: do I really have too

Erik: yes you do

We walked inside and I tried on a lot of dresses, I picked out a blue lace one, and the boys got matching suits. We drove back to my house and I remembered

Y/n: guys I can't go home

Lyle: what why

Erik:  I was supposed to bring you home at 10

Lyle: what if I bring her home and just say you guys accidentally fell asleep yesterday

Y/n: sure that works

We dropped Erik off and Lyle drove me over to my house, he walked me inside, " i'm home ", my dad came downstairs, " where were you all night ".

Lyle: sir, it's my apologies, Erik fell asleep and so did she

Y/n: yes dad i'm sorry

Y/n/d: it's okay

I could tell he was faking it so I needed an excuse for Lyle to stay, " actually dad can Lyle stay to help me make sure we have everything for tomorrow "

Y/n/d: of course

I pulled Lyle upstairs, we walked into my room and we closed the door.
