-Calm down-

I was laying down in my bed and then i suddenly remembered what happened to me when I was with my ex, I got abused daily but I haven't really fully recovered from that. I got a little scared and decided to brush it off. Then, the door opened which scared me a little and I jumped. I saw it was Vinnie, my 3 month boyfriend. We've been really strong together. But now I have doubts. I scared and I looked in his eyes, I saw sadness in them and he went to hug me but I flinched.
Vinnie: What's wrong baby?
Me: No- nothing
Vinnie: Well that's not nothing..
Me: It is, I just saw a scary video
Vinnie: Oh okay
He went to hug me and he went out of the room to film for Thomas. After that I turned off my phone and I stared at the wall. I was overthinking and my breathing was out of control. Tears started to form and I began trembling. I knew what I was getting in to. Suddenly, I kept saying Vinnie's name, I couldn't stop so I closed my eyes hoping it could go away, but I made it worse. I sat up and curled up into a ball and gripped onto his blanket. More tears started to form. Then, Vinnie came in. I face my knees and closed my eyes. I was still saying his name
Vinnie: Babe?
He closed the door. He sat Infront of me and hugged me.
Vinnie: It's okay, it's okay
He rubbed my back
Vinnie: Calm down, calm down. I'm here, it's Vinnie
I couldn't control anything.
Vinnie: Listen to my voice okay?
I gave him a small nod
Vinnie: Breathe in.... Breathe out
I followed and continued for about 3 minutes. Then, I calmed down fully. Vinnie took off his shirt and changed into shorts. He lay next to me and I hesitated to put my head on his chest but I did it anyways. I listened to his heartbeat and I fell asleep while he was stroking my hair
