"Hey baby" Isla said opening the door to Ray. Ray smiled and stepped closer to Isla, hugging her to her body. Isla giggled as Ray placed a small kiss on Isla's neck.

"Hey mamas" Ray mumbled in Isla's neck. Ray pulled away from the hug. Isla turned her attention to Ray's brother who was standing behind Ray.

"Hi I'm Isla" Isla introduced herself as she smiled sticking her hand out to shake his hand. He smiled at her and shook it as Ray didn't let her waist go.

"Everyone is in the living room uh they are all really excited about this karaoke so be prepared" Isla said and Ray smiled.

"Ouu I'm loving this hair" Ray said as Isla turned away to go further into the house. Isla smiled and did a little pose as she flipped her hair over her shoulder making Ray laugh.

"Thank you." Isla said before leading them into the living room where Isla's family was sitting around laughing at something Kaia said.

"Hey guys" Isla said and everyone turned their attention to Isla and two people around her.

"This is Ray's brother..uh" Isla paused when she realized she didn't know his name.

"Oh I'm Kenzel" he said and Isla smiled before repeating his name.

"Well Kenzel this is my twin sister Isabella and my two aunts Kaia and Dakota." Isla said introducing everyone to him. A sea of 'hi' and 'hello' directed to Kenzel was spooked making him smile as he waved.

"We was just about to start the karaoke uh Kenzel you want to go first?" Dakota asked him and he nodded before walking over to the makeshift stage they created.

"I can't really sing so don't judge me please" Kenzel laughed nervously and Isla smiled.

"You want me to go with you so you would be less nervous?" She asked him and he sent her a small smile nodding.

"Sure" He said and Isla walked over to him while Ray sat down in one of the small couches.

"What song?" She asked him and he gave her the song choice. She bit her lip before nodding.

"I kinda suck at duets so bare with me" She mumbled to him making him smile. They started the song and Isla looked at the screen waiting for the lyrics.

Isla sang and Kenzel paused hearing her beautiful voice. Ray's eyes widened at Isla's voice and she leaned up in her seat.

"Wow" she mumbled and Isabella smiled at her with a knowing look.

Oh, I hope some day I'll make it out of here
Even if it takes all night or a hundred years
Need a place to hide, but I can't find one near

Kenzel sang with her when it was his turn making Isla smile at him. She paused as she got ready for the  high soft part.

Isn't it lovely, all alone?

Isla closed her eyes as she sang holding onto the small microphone. Ray's jaw dropped as she saw her girlfriend finish the chorus.

"Tear me to pieces" Kenzel and Isla sang together as they looked into each other's eyes.

They sang the rest of the song together and Isla smiled at Kenzel softly when he began getting nervous. Isla's eyes moved to her girlfriend who was watching her with such an intense glaze.

"Woah yeah" Kenzel sang as the song came to close and Isla stared into Ray's eyes as she sang the next part.

Yeah, ah

Kenzel looked over at Isabella who was watching him with a small bite of her lip. Isla and Kenzel finished the song before Isla's family began to clap. Isla put the little mic down and walked over to Ray who was still in shock by Isla's voice.

"You want to go next?" She asked her as she sat down in Ray's lap. Ray wrapped her arm around Isla and shook her head. Isla moved her head down to kiss her lips softly making Ray smile.

"Why didn't you tell me that you could sing" Ray mumbled to her and Isla shrugged her shoulders.

"Because then you would have wanted me to sing something to you" Isla said and Ray smiled nodding in agreement.

She wasn't wrong.

"Okay my turn" Dakota said before walking on the makeshift stage. Isla turned her attention to her aunt as she selected a song.

"Your family is fun as fuck" Ray said as she followed Isla into her room. Isla smiled and pulled her sweatshirt over her head. She turned to Ray who took a seat on her bed looking worn out.

"Thanks. I missed doing things like this with my aunts because they always moving so we never get the opportunity" Isla said ruffing her hair some. She pulled it into a messy bun before sitting down next to Ray who wrapped her arm around her shoulders.

"I had fun" Ray said kissing Isla's forehead. Isla leaned into Ray before making them both lay back on the bed.

"Me too I'm glad you were here tonight" she replied making Ray smile. She ran her finger softly through Isla's hair making her girlfriend sigh softly in delight.

"Me too baby" Ray whispered and Isla closed her eyes. Before she knew it, she was falling asleep and Ray was kissing her forehead while she continued to run her fingers through Isla's hair.
