Sitting around a fire outside me, Levi, Erwin, Hanji, Moblit, Miche, and Nanaba all had our own tea or drinks

"So let me tell you this story that I know...which is based on a true story as well" Hanji started "I remember this couple here in the scouts that were interested in each other..." Everyone listened quietly

"It was obvious they were always together and seemed to feel calm and safe around each other, I remember overhearing the guy talking to his friend about how he wants to ask her out"

"The guys friend told him to go for it but the guy hesitated and lacked self confidence which lead to him never actually telling her his feeling or taking her on a date."

"They survived through lots of expeditions but...on this particular expedition...she died!" Hanji started laughing hysterically

Everyone else stared at her confused "Hanji that isn't funny that's actually really sad." Erwin spoke up "Oh c'mon that guy was a total douche, he should have grown some balls I'm I right Y/n?!" They asked

I gulped "Uh I guess? It would have been the better option to get rejected rather then her dying without knowing the guys feelings."

Levi took a sip of his tea and stared at the fire "Sounds tragic but I must get going I have things to do." Levi got up "Seems like I'll have to go as well." I got up and followed Levi

Laying on the grass outside in front of the HQ me and Levi looked up at the stars

"I finished up all my paper work so I guess I can take this chance to...talk." He said having his hands behind his head, with his back against the grass

I laid on the grass the same way "As in 'I' you mean my clones right?" I side eyed him "Yeah Yeah whatever." He said rolling his eyes

"Anyways as I was saying." He started "I need to ask you. What are your opinions on marriage?"

I raised my eyebrows taken back by the sudden question. Marriage? I've never thought about that.

I shrugged "I don't have anything against it, but if I'm forced to marry someone I don't love then I would hate it."

He hummed "Well then it's quite obvious that we both share the same feeling so let's get married."

I quickly sat up and looked at him "Why so suddenly? We haven't even went out on a date yet. We're not even together." I questioned him

Levi boringly stared at me "Then let me be your boyfriend, and I'll take you out whenever we're free."

My mouth slightly opened "Wha-? Huh? No wait why?!" I crossed my legs

"Give me an answer before I change my mind, can I be your boyfriend yes or no?" He sat up

We stared at each other for a few seconds "Yes?" I said "Good" He laid back down

"So! When and where? What time? What should I wear?" I questioned "I want...to go to a cafe or a restaurant. The food in the underground and in the Survey Corps are worst then the crust on Hanji's hair."

Levi rolled his eyes "Shut up. Now do you agree on marrying me in the future or no?" He asked "Let me rephrase that. Will you let me be your husband in the future?"

I sighed "Yes?" I shrugged. I can't help but feel rushed. This is so sudden and unexpected.

"Hey. Why are you taking things so fast?"

He looked back up at the sky "Well what four-eyes was telling us. The man hesitated on asking his lover  to be official."

"As a result the women died during battle and the man was left heart broken and lonely. I don't want that. So I thought why not confess and make sure I don't experience the same."

I nodded my head "You do have a point." I agreed "So let's promise each other. That we will eventually get married in the future."

"Like we did when we were kids. Isn't marriage about being together. Forever? Nothing would change since your already such a big flirt."

We agreed and promised to marry each other in the future after saving humanity and having the world at peace

The next day Erwin gathered everyone joining the Levi squad in the mess hall

"Captain Levi hand picked each of us! To be in his squad!" The girl named Petra smiled widely

I stood beside her awkwardly "Yeah he did." I whispered since no one answered her

She smiled and looked over at me "I'm Petra Ral! What's your name?!" She asked holding up a hand for me to shake

My eyes slightly widen Wow a person who didn't point out my hair and actually asked for my name first that's rare

"Y/n Uzumaki." I shook her hand "Ah! I see so your his friend already am I right?" She tapped her finger on the table showing signs of nervousness

"We're together actually. We made it official last night."

She gasped "Oh that's amazing! Congratulations on your new relationship!" She squealed

"Oh stop blabbering about some relationship things. We should be prepared for Captain to come in at anytime." The guy I recall as Olou said

I hummed "Oh your right." Petra straightened up herself, and after the door finally opened

Levi came in and closed the door "Sir!" Everyone saluted but I just stood there looking at them

Levi sighed looking annoyed "As you all know you are to be in my squad. The Levi squad. I hand picked you all because of your skills. I'll let you all know when we need to talk or when expeditions will come." He opened the door once again and left

We stood silent for a second "Well that ended quicker then expected." Gunter broke the silence

I looked at everyone "Well nice knowing you guys. I think I'm second in command, but other then that. You guys are free to go I guess." I shrugged and walked away

"Oh...okay! Well I'm grateful to be working with you all I hope you all sleep well." Petra excused herself

"Hmph." Olou left

Gunter nodded and left "Ok" Eld left

The day revolved around meeting my new squad members, the members that will fight for humanity until the end.
