I'm multitasking: I can listen, ignore and forget at the same time
Prachi's POV "Passengers for Flight GA 673 to India please go to Gate no.18"
Cassie squealed "Prachi!! I still can't believe I am going to 'India:- The land of festivals'. Please tell me I'm not dreaming."I pinched her.
She shouted while rubbing the arm where I pinched her "What the hell was that?" I annoyingly replied "You only asked!"
She gritted her teeth and said "I didn't asked to pinch me." I was about to reply but Diksha said "Di and Cassie Di will you both shut up and walk or else we'll gonna miss the plane."
We both nodded at her, Cassie whispered to me "Why are you so grumpy today?" How should I explain you, Cassie. That when I only don't know why I'm being grumpy when that Jerk said that he can't come with us.
Cassie whispered- yelled "Wait a second! Is Xavier is the reason? Of your mood off."
My eyes widened after what she said. I immediately said "No"
She smirked "Got you, Pikachu!" I rolled my eyes at that nickname.
At Dabolim Airport, Goa Diksha said "I am having a headache." Cassie replied while pressing her temple "Me too Diksha". I stated "Because you both slept like a sloth."

Both of them glared at me. Cassie asked "So your friend lives in Goa." I replied "Nope, she's having her destination wedding."
She nodded and nervously asked "So will you go to your sister wedding also?"
I just negatively nodded. I know every family has its own problem. But I admire they stick together.
A black Mullsane halted infront us. The driver came out and "Hello Mam, I'm your hired driver Zenith. We have to reach Grand Hyatt hotel before noon."
He did said the correct name of hotel, so he is not scammer but we didn't hired anyone and I didn't informed Muskan and Jinal about my arrival.
I was about to asked the girls but Cassie shouted "Let's go Prachi, I don't wanna be late." Diksha said "Now it's confirmed that Aarohi Di is going to get married to a rich guy." They both giggled. Wow,They are so prudent (Note the sarcasm)
We reached the hotel, and before we can take our luggage a guy came and said "Namaste! mam, I'm Neeraj, I am your hired manager."
When he was taking out our luggage, I turned to Cassie and whispered "I didn't told my friends about my arrival so who did this arrangement?" Her brows knitted and asked "Are they kidnappers!"
I gritted my teeth and said "Thank god your brain started to work." She rolled her eyes, Diksha said "I heard you Di! And I think this extra preparation has been done by....
"Ace!"
"Xavier!"
"Steve!"
Diksha commented "Ace is my boyfriend! So I can take his name but what about you two?"
I shrugged and said "Xavier is my boss." I hope my lie has legs.
She nodded at me and looked at Cassie and asked " And what about you?"
Cassie dozing off the question said "We are getting late Let's go!!" And ran inside the hotel. I chuckled at her.
Prachi unknowingly felt uneasy. Just like in the childhood she used to feel.
