Indie: how are you?
Mads: I'm alright, how are you?
Indie started up the car and started to drive towards the mall
Indie: I'm good
Mads: when we get to the mall, I am going to get food. I am starving and I haven't eaten all day
Indie: we can eat at the new Chinese place that opened?
Mads: yes! Oh my god! You're the best
Indie: I know!
Indie and I listened to music the whole ride there and she made my mood even better. We got to the mall and basically ran towards the new Chinese place. When we got there, we both ordered our food and waited for it to come
Indie: Mads..
Mads: what's up?
Indie: do you think we should tell someone about Zach?
Mads: umm I don't know, he is your brother so it's up to you..
Indie: it's just that it's fucking messed up what he did...but I don't want him to go y'know?
Mads: then he won't go
Indie: are you sure Mads?
Mads: of course!
The food came and we started to eat. After we finished eating, I paid for our food and then the fun began. Indie and I went from store to store looking for clothes, shoes, jewellery, hats and basically anything that we wanted.
-5 hours later-
It was currently 9:56pm and we were outside my house
Mads: you sure you don't wanna sleepover?
Indie: yeah, I need to talk to my mum about something
Mads: alright, good luck. Bye bye
Indie: bye Mads
I gave indie a hug and said bye to her once more before making my way towards the house. When I got inside, ilsa came running up to me. Tears were streaming down her face, eyes red and puffy

Ilsa: lannan h-he was on the p-phone a-a-and then h-he

I led her over to the kitchen and told her to take a seat. I grabbed a glass and filled it with water before giving it to her

Ilsa: w-we need to go to the hospital, Lannan got into a car crash
Mads: A WHAT
Ilsa: w-we were talking and then everything went static and I-I-I heard a person voice saying to meet him at st George hospital
Mads: okay, okay, let's go cmon
Ilsa and I made our way towards my car. When we both in, I drove us to the hospital. Tears were streaming down my face and ilsa was quiet and biting her nails. I've been in this situation before
-20 minutes later-
We got to Lannan room and saw multiple doctors inside his room. A nurse came outside and ilsa and I went to go inside until we were stopped
Nurse: I'm sorry but you cannot go inside right now
Ilsa: he is in there! Let us in!
Mads: ilsa, ilsa, calm down
Ilsa: s-sorry
Nurse: I'll be back for updates
I took ilsa towards the seats and let her rest her head on my shoulder. Both of us were crying but I was trying to put on a brave face because I needed her to have hope. Lannan was the only family I had and I couldn't loose him.
-2 hours later-
Nurse: the surgery went well, he is resting right now. Are you two family?
Mads: yes we are
Nurse: okay what are your relations to him?
Mads: I'm his sister and she is his wife
Nurse: you guys can go in, but it is not for sure that he will wake up
Ilsa: o-okay thank you
The two of us made our way into the hospital room. Lannan was connected to wires, ilsa let out a small scream and started crying even more. She went next to Lannan and hugged him while crying even more. I left the room to let her be alone with Lannan and my tears finally just poured out. It was currently midnight and we were probably gonna be here for a while. My phone buzzed in my hand and I saw an incoming phone call from Will
