Of Mods, Rules and Channels Part 2

The (not so) democratically elected moderators and some shiny new chat rooms.

Notes: Sorry for taking so long to update! I don't really have a valid excuse for leaving you all hanging for this long. But I promise to try and make up for that! Most of this chapter was written earlier this year before Colonel Ruffs even dropped, I just finished it up now. I swear the next chapters wont take this long to come.

I got quite a few comments on who should be the mods in the previous chapter. Unfortunately, most of them came during the accidental hiatus and after I filled out the other mod slots. I'm not sure how close the final mod team is to the comments votes. I might try to involve you guys again next time though

Switching channels like this is actually kinda confusing to write. I'm not sure if putting timestamps on the messages would make it easier or harder for you guys to follow. Hopefully, future chapters wouldn't have this much flip-flopping going around.
