Rahul was hanging out at his best friend Sarathy's house to watch the cricket match together.

Sarathy- Eaan da? Enna aachu? (Why bro? What happened?)

Rahul- Mummy kitta padichu padichu sonna ponnu paakathingu nu. Kettangala? Force panni kootitu ponanga. At least en range ku ponnu paathurupanga nu ninacha total pattikaadu ah kootitu vanthu ithan ponnu nu kaamikuranga.

(I told my mom not to search girls for me. Did she listen? She forced me to go there. I went there thinking that atleast she will be my range, but instead they show this village girl.)

Sarathy- Unmaiya va? (Really?)

(Yeah man. The girl lives 3 hours away in a small village. I thought maybe only the location is like that, but the girl was beyond that. They were saying with pride she has artistic interest. Turned out to be stuff like parai and karagattam.)

Sarathy- Machi athu vechu lam eda poda koodaathu. Foreign kaaranga lam parai adikuranga. (Bro do not estimate based on that. There are few foreigners who learned parai.)

(Do I look like an idiot? Just by looking at a person, can't you figure if they are a villager or not? She must have used turmeric everyday. I could see it clearly. In her hands, she had the dotted mehandi. Not only that dude. Her tongue was red from betal leaves. I saw it when she talked.)

Sarathy- Apo confirm pattikadu than. Kalyanathuku congrats machi. American pizza Ulundurpettaiyila irukkuravanuku than kedaikkanumnu yeludhirundha adha yaaralayum maatha mudiyadhu.

(Then for sure a village girl. Congrats for your marriage. Who can change fate if its decided that a person from Ulundurpettai should get American pizza.)

Rahul- Naa maathiten. 😎 (I changed it.)

Sarathy- Eppadi machan? (How bro?)

Rahul- Athu simple. Antha ponnu kitta full ah explain panni no solla sonnen. Antha ponnum no sollichu. No marriage.

(That was simple.  I explained everything to the girl and told to say her no. She went and said no. No marriage.)

Sarathy- Dai unmaiya sollu. Antha ponnu unna reject panuthu naala reason solli samalikuriya? (Tell me the truth dude. Are you making excuses because the girl rejected you?)

Rahul- Sathiyama na unmai than solluren. Venumna un mela sathiyam pannuva? (Promise I'm telling the truth. Should I promise on you?)

Sarathy- Aiyo saamy vendavae veenam. Naa nambiten. (Oh my God not at all. I believe you.)

Rahul- Good.

Sarathy- Aana onnu machan. Kaila kidacha ponnu veenamnu sollita. Aprom kalyanathuku enna pannuva?

(But one thing bro. You said no the girl you got. Then what will you do for marriage?)

Rahul- Dai. Naa lam foreign range la yosikuraven. Athukalam plan irukku. (Dude. I think in foreign level. I have a plan for that.)

Sarathy- Athu enna plan machan? (What plan bro?)

Rahul- En team oda onsite lead namma office ku US la irunthu varanga. (My team's onsite lead is coming from US to our office )

Sarathy- Yean machan? US la irunthu thorathitaangala? (Why bro? Did they chase her from US?)

Rahul- Cha cha. Avanga US citizen. Still single. Correct panna life settled. (No no. She's a US citizen. Still single. If I impress her, life is settled.)

Sarathy- Enna machan sollura? (What do you mean bro?)

Rahul- Aama da. Avanga recommendation la oruthanuku onsite opportunity kidachuthu nu kelvi pataen. Lead azhaga iruntha avangala ushar panni, US citizenship vaangi settle aiduven. Illaina friends aagi, onsite vela vaangi, anga oru vellakari ah correct panni settle aiduven.

(Ya dude. I learned that with her recommendation one person got onsite opportunity. If the lead is beautiful, I will woo her, get US citizenship, and then get settled. If not, I'll become friends with her, get the onsite opportunity, woo a white girl, then get settled.)

Sarathy- Athulam seri, unga lead peru enna? Avanga unnaku ok solluvangala? (That's all good, but what's your lead's name? Will she say ok to you?)

Rahul- Peru Kavya va. En personality ku ithulam easy.(Her name is Kavya. This should be easy with my charm.)

Sarathy-  Semma plan. Sir foreign ponathuku aprom ennaiya marakathinga. Mudinja ennakum oru foreign figure set panni kodutha santhoshama irupen. 😁

(Super plan. When sir goes to foreign, please don't forget me. If possible, I will be happy if you set me up with a foreign girl as well.)

Rahul- Un personality ku kashtam than, but try pannuren. (It might be hard with your personality, but I will try.)

Content with their plans, the two friends continued their focus on the cricket match, cheering their favorite team, CSK.

The next day Rahul and Sarathy arrive early to their office in order to see who the onsite team lead, Kavya, is. Around 8:30am, the door finally opens, leaving Rahul shocked.

Rahul (whispering)- Machan? (Bro?)

Sarathy (whispering)- Enna da? (What dude?)

Rahul (whispering)- Naa sethen. (I'm dead.)
