I woke up today and chose violence

The city of Freedom was under attack by the Abyss Order, Pyro abyss mages set houses on fire and some citizens were brutally injured and killed "w-what going on" you said while venti was protecting you "I don't know either but-" Ruin guards suddenly entered the city and blocked all exits where the people couldn't escape

"Everyone to the Cathedral now!" Jean yelled, everyone evacuated and the knights including you and Venti fought the enemies, more and more hillichurls entered and you and the knights needed to evacuate "there's too many!" Amber screamed "Everyone head to the cathedral for safety immediately!" Everyone nodded on Jeans command

While running there you heard someone screaming "HELP!" you quickly turned around to see a young lady stuck under the cart of heavy barrels "PLS HELP ME" you turned around and ran towards the girl
"Y/N!" Venti yelled following you from behind

You saw that the girls leg was broken and was unable to walk, you moved the cart over and hillichurls were approaching you both "go I'll fight them off while you take the girl back" Venti said and you nodded, Kaeya lended a hand and help you walk to the Cathedral

But suddenly an arrow was shot in your leg and you dropped on the ground "Y/N are you okay?!?" Kaeya asked, you couldn't walk and Venti was still fighting the hillichurls, you were losing a lot of blood from the shit and Kaeya did t know what to do since he was carrying the girl with the broken leg, then a ruin hunter approached and you were about to be killed "Y/N NO!" Kaeya screamed

But luckily Venti grabbed you as fast as he could and flew you up to the Cathedral where kaeya followed you both aswell "you okay Love?" Venti asked "thanks to you I am..." You replied, he smiled and you both landed infront of the Cathedral where Barbara and Jean was "oh dear!" Barbara said running towards you and Venti, Then Kaeya also wen up to her "come on quick get inside!" Venti ran inside carrying and laid you on the floor where the other injured citizens we're "hold still I'm gonna pull out the arrow this might hurt for a bit okay?" You nodded at Barbara then she pulled out the arrow that made you cry a little on how badly that hurt

Jean, Diluc and Venti were outside the cathedral checking for other citizens just in case "i think that's all of them let's get inside quickly-" Jean got caught off guard by the missiles that were going towards the 3 of them "no!" Venti yelled and created a strong wind to turn the missiles around and hit the Ruin hunter

Diluc noticed a massive group of hillichurls going towards the Cathedral and he immediately pointed them out "this is not good.."
Diluc stated and Jean was worried for the others "I'll fight them you both go inside and..." Venti cutted Jeans sentence saying....

"No... You both go inside I'll fight them"

Jeans and Diluc widened both they eyes "Barba- Venti... It's too dangerous!" Venti shook his head and looked at both of them "Mondstadt the city of freedom.... The city I want to protect even if it costs my own life... I'll fight them all even if it means it can kill me"

"But!-" Diluc put his hand on Jean's shoulder and nodded slowly, Jean looked back at Venti or should I say.... Barbatos... Like the true God he is....
