Earth wasn't a perfect place to spend your time waiting for the deadline of your life. It was a toxic place. Would only suck all of your remaining energy, leaving you with dryness. The dryness that would slowly kill you in an extremely sadistic, painful, and unbearable torment.

The scorching heat of the sun gave you the power that made you feel like the king of the world, but it also made your enemies out there immune to your weapons.

Rain gave you a break from running and hiding from those hungry creatures that haunted and hit you all the time. They didn't like water on their bodies because it gave them pain. And you felt at ease because of that.

But then what? When the fact revealed that the rain also made you sluggish. It was... futile, wasn't it?

When you thought that you earned one, on the other side, they followed your lead. When you thought that those who bothered you fell dead into the abyss, there you were, mired with them.

Everything was like a vicious circle that never reached an end. It only rotated and kept on back to the starting point, waiting for you all to run out of energy and lay sprawled miserably.

Rain, snow, sun, wind, even storm, they came and left as they pleased. No more regularity. Humans were no longer the owner of the place where they stood. They were merely like guests whose presence was unwelcomed.

Jimin's heart shrank to hear thunder rumble. Why did the rain come at the most unexpected time? How could he manage to help Bhrea and her brother -his best friend's precious friends-if it rained? When perhaps he himself just wouldn't survive that situation.

'When was the last time it rained?' He whispered in his mind.

No one remembered, obviously.

"When was the last time it rained? Aish! I really don't remember." Hoseok muttered after hearing the raging thunder.

He was in the basement, struggling to get his hands into the trunk of the bus to look for the bag they brought from their camp. But apparently, he couldn't reach it.

"Hyung?" Jungkook peeked into the trunk from behind Hoseok's bent body.

"Hmm..."

"What took you so long? Need a hand?" He asked after quite some time Hoseok hadn't made it to reach what he was looking for.

Still bending, Hoseok answered the curious boy with his annoyed voice, "the bag got stuck, damn! It's far behind, Kook, I can't reach it!"

"Ah, simple! Leave it to this golden Blueties. Move your ass!" Jungkook lightly tapped Hoseok's back, making the older straighten his body and step aside.

He then stood at Hoseok's previous place, bending his body forward and stretching out his hand into the trunk. He reached to the back corner, pulling and jerking the stuck bag strap.

"Ha! Gotcha!" He cheered with a joyful grin on his face, pulling out the heavy bag with his hands. "Look, I can get it even in less than five minutes, Hyung!"

He lifted the bag full of food and shoved it right in front of Hoseok's face while wiggling his brows, teasing him.

"Tch! You're just lucky, Kookie bunny..." Hoseok evaded, rolling his eyes. "I almost got the bag, but you know, I was just being nice to you. So, shhh... Zip your mouth!"

"Oh really?"

"Yeah..." Hoseok shrugged.

Jungkook shook his head and said, "I don't think so. I think it's more because..." Jungkook motioned his fingers, hinting Hoseok to come closer. "Look at your arms, Hyung," he whispered and the older glanced at his arms cluelessly.
