Hey guysss how are you all doing? I feel like more often than not we find ourselves in a rut and sometimes it's hard to not stay there. In this chapter I will be sharing some tips to help with that.

🧘🏽♀️ Do a 5 minute guided meditation to clear your head
🧘🏽♀️Set some new and exciting but achievable goals
🧘🏽♀️Do some self care. It doesn't have to be anything huge and you can check out my chapter for low effort self care ideas for some guidance

🧘🏽♀️reward yourself after you accomplish something
