Hey guys I'm back to being consistent with posting:) Summer is basically here and I want to help y'all to prepare. I think we've all learned to not take anything for granted and this summer should be one to remember.Tips:
☀️Drink more water
☀️More your body in a way that works for you
☀️Eat an extra fruit or vegetable daily
☀️Try yoga
☀️Remove at least one unhealthy thing that you'd have each day (drink one bottle of soda instead of two)
☀️Make a bucket list and follow through with it
☀️Make a skincare routine that works for you
☀️Moisturize
