Eunhye P.O.V

Yugyeom, who was sitting in front of me, poured soju into two glasses, giving me one of them once he was done.

"Thank you," I murmur.

I look around me and see how everyone else is either laughing, eating or drinking with their friends, colleagues or some with their lover.

And here I am. Having Korean bbq and drinks with a stranger.

Well, I should stop using the word stranger. I think me and Yugyeom are past the stranger phase.

"So," Yugyeom said, breaking me out of my thoughts as I turned back to him.

"You're interning at JoyTrip Korea" He said, making it more of a statement then a question.

I nod, saying, "Yes. For six weeks."

"Six weeks? That's long. And is this your first week?" Yugyeom said.

"Actually six weeks is usually what most internships are around. Some are even longer. And yes, it's my first week since summer break just started," I tell him.

"You're in college. Fourth year right?" Yugyeom said.

By now he had removed his mask, which was tucked away in his pocket.

I simply nod yes and he says, "I heard you're going to Seoul National University. It must be hard."

I shrug and say, "Well college is hard everywhere."

"Do you work with my brother?" Yugyeom asked.

It took me a moment to realize he was talking about Euigyeom from the finance department and I shook my head, answering, "No I don't. But my friend Jiwon does."

"Ah-I see," Yugyeom says.

Just then a lady comes, placing the food we ordered on the table. As if on reflex, I quickly turn on our grill while Yugyeom picks up the food and places on the grill.

"What are you studying?" Yugyeom asked while we busied ourselves.

"I'm doing a double major in Business Administration and Media and Communication," I tell him.

I see Yugyeom give me a brief nod before he hesitantly asked, "Media and Communication. . .is that. . ."

"It's a lot of different things. With a media and communications degree you can work in the film and music  industry, in the translation of documents industry, technologies, public relation and advertising. Since I'm interested in advertising and public relations, I decided to to take this major," I explain to him, seeing how he was slightly lost.

"I see. . .Sorry I didn't know that. I'm a bit dumb since I barely passed high school," Yugyeom said sheepishly.

"Don't worry about. You don't have to go to college to be considered smart. And besides, you're making so much money without going to college, I think you're the real star here," I say as we both grill the meat together.

"How old are you by the way?" Yugyeom asked me suddenly.

I was going to answer straightway but changed my mind, "Why?"

Yugyeom shrugged his shoulders and said, "Just curious."

"You think you're older than me," I say, reading his mind.

"I don't think so. I know I am," Yugyeom said rather smugly.

I straightened my back with a smile on my face and say, "Please. I'm probably the older one."
