Y/N's pov:
You woke up in the middle of the night feeling like you couldn't breathe. You got out of the bed as quietly as possible trying desperately to not wake Emily up.  You struggled a lot with anxiety attacks and you knew one was creeping up on you cause you could feel the anxiety building up in your chest. You sat down on the kitchen floor pulling your legs up to your chest while rocking your body back and forth to try to calm yourself but it wasn't working. You tried to control your breathing but it didn't work either you knew you had to wait it out.

"Y/N?" You heard Emily call out as she came into the kitchen.

You were too busy trying to breathe to answer her.

"What's going on Y/N? Why are you sitting on the floor?" She asked in a worried tone as she sat down on her knees in front of you.

"I-I c-can't b-breathe" you managed to get out.

"What can I do?" She asked softly.

"H-hold m-me" you said as you started sobbing.

Emily quickly pulled you into her arms and started stroking your hair as you cried into her side.

"Shh it's gonna be okay" she whispered into your ear still holding you in a tight grip making you feel safe.

Emily managed to calm you down after awhile and you stopped crying.

"I'm so sorry Emily you weren't supposed to see that" you said looking down at the floor in embarrassment and wiping your tears.

"You don't have to apologize to me sweetheart you did nothing wrong you can't help this stuff it's not your fault" she said lifting your chin up and looking you in the eyes. Her eyes were glossy with tears.

"Em why are you crying?" You asked in a worried tone.

"I'm not Y/N I promise I just hate that you have to go through this it's not fair" she said looking down.

"I'm used to it Em although no one knows about it you finding out wasn't meant to happen" you signed.

"You don't have to go through this alone you know" Emily said holding your face. A tear fell from your eye but Emily wiped it away with her thumb.

"I mean it Y/N I'm here for you" she said tracing circles on your cheek.

You gave her a half smile you were too tired to say anything. Emily picked you up and carried to back to bed you had already fallen asleep in her arms when you felt her laying you down and crawling next to you holding you once again as you both drifted off to sleep.

You were now on the jet heading home with the rest of the team. You were once again seated next to Spencer which you didn't mind of course.

"So how did it go with Emily?" Spencer asked curiously.

You blushed.

"That well huh?" Spencer said giggling.

"Well I didn't tell her how I felt but I think she was flirting with me I'm not sure though maybe I'm just crazy" you sighed looking across the yet and spotting Emily saying something to JJ. You wondered what they were talking about.

"You're not crazy Y/N I can see the way she looks at you she totally likes you maybe you should make a move so she doesn't think you're not interested?" Spencer said giving you a smile.

"Wow Spence you sure have every solution possible when it comes to relationships when you've never actually been in one yourself" you said giggling.
