"Ashley? where are you?" Oh no, I forgot the time again!!! "uhh Im upstairs dad!!"
I hear a knock on my door, "come in dad!" He walks into my room, "I see, playing minecraft again? did you do anything else today Ashley?" i get red, "Umm not really... I did finish my English assignment.." My dad rolls his eyes, "okay then, but can you close the game for a second? I need to talk to you.."
I close the game, and sit down on my bed with my dad, "Whats wrong dad?" He looks really nervous, "Umm well, remember when I said I wanted to move? well, we need to.."
"Oh.. umm why do we HAVE to?" my dad looks down, "Because off my job, I got a promotion."
"But dad- thats amasing!! Why do you look so sad?..." He looks at me, "well, its all the way in Brighton, and I really need this job, so umm... were going there...!"
I look at my dad in disbelieve, "But dad, thats so far away, I will never see my friends again!!! And where will we live, do you alre-" My dad hugs me, "Sweety, everything will be okay! You will stay at an old friends house, I believe he has a son your age who plays minecraft as well. And about your friends, you will make new ones in Brighton!"
"Your right... umm, I guess we can move.. When will we start packing?" My dad gets the biggest smile on his face, "as soon as possible sweety! I think you will love it there! I will let them know we will be there in a week!" He gets up and leaves my room.
oh god... what did I agree to!? Moving to a different country?? But i trust dad, he said its gonna be okay, so I guess it will be.
A few days later
"Ashley, are you done packing??" "Yeah dad, just a sec, ill be downstairs in a minute!" Quickly I get the last things in my room and go downstairs. "Dad Im ready to go I think.."
"Okay great! lets go to the airport!" We get in the car and drive away.
Whilst im in the car, Tubbo goes live, ofc im watching it!
