Sam
I watched Y/N, who was curled up on the ground, their head on Sapnap's shoulder. I wasn't entirely sure what had happened, but I knew it had hurt them. I knew that by law I should have killed Y/N, but I couldn't bring myself to do it; Y/N is a child after all, and seeing how much they cried and clung to Sapnap on the way to my base, Y/N must have been through a lot. I studied the monochrome child, noting what appeared to be burn scars on their body. They also had a tint of red to their hair, so they weren't completely monochrome anymore, which was good.
I slowly got up, heading over to my workbench, beginning to mess around with the redstone. There was a knock at the door, which I hesitantly opened, seeing Technoblade standing there. "Hallo," the pig said.
"Hello, can I help you?" I asked.
"I need to see Y/N, apparently they're here."
I looked back at Y/N, who was still sleeping. "They're sleeping, sorry. They will come to you when they're ready. They're having a rough time."
"That's exactly why I'm here."
"You should go home, they're fine with Sapnap and I."
Technoblade looked reluctant, but he left. I shut the door, and jumped on surprise, seeing Y/N standing directly behind me.
"Who was that?" They asked sleepily, covering their mouth as they yawned."Nobody, don't worry about it." I shrugged, seeing Sapnap still sleeping.
Y/N blinked slowly, pushing hair out of their face. "Are you sure? I thought I heard Tech."
I stared at Y/N, who was wiping at their cheeks. "What's wrong, Y/N?" I asked, bending down to their height.
"I-I just had a nightmare, that's all..." They wouldn't look at me.
"You can tell me what it was about, Y/N, I won't judge," I said gently.
Y/N visibly hesitated. "I was alone." They teared up more. I suddenly remembered how Y/N had clung to Sapnap earlier, shakily asking him to not leave them alone.
"Who hurt you?" I asked without thinking.
"Who- what?" They stared at me.
"I'm sorry, I was just curious... Um- I'm going to the prison now... Did you want to visit Dream?"
"I'm not going back there." Y/N was suddenly serious and cold as they said that, then went back to Sapnap's side, leaning against him.

I drank a fire resistance, not even waiting for the lava to finish falling away as I made the platform send me to Dream's cell. The mask less man looked up at me. He looked so pathetic without his mask, and since Y/N's escape, had been sitting on the chest and hiding his face from the cameras. "What have you done to Y/N?" I asked angrily.
"Why are you asking?" Dream said, still hiding his face.
I grabbed him harshly, making him squeak. "What did you do to Y/N?" I growled.
Dream tried to shrug from my grasp. "I convinced them I was their only friend, and took all their stuff so they had to rely on me for protection. I also locked them in a box for days on end when they acted out, but I don't see why you're asking for this information. Speaking of Y/N, are they okay? Did something happen to them?"
"Don't pretend to care... I hope you enjoy not eating for a few days." I let him go, then stormed over to the waiting platform. He followed me, so I pointed my sword at him as I got carried away by the platform.
"Sam, listen to me Y/N is dangerous!" Dream called, but I ignored him. He was sort of right though. I had watched Y/N blow up the nether, and I had been Y/N standing proudly with Eret's crown on their head.
But how much of that was actually Y/N..?
