Garp walked towards Dragon who was keeping silence the whole time not gaining anyone's attention the whole situation, but was looking concerned as he realized that Ivankov was involved with his son at some extent, "You worried?" asked Garp silently waiting for a response

"Luffy's Life-span?" asked Chopper who was now concerned for their captain as someone took their time answering, some were saying that it wasn't a big deal others were truly concerned knowing how reckless the boy with the straw was.

"Alright Ill Skip Questions, and instead lets Begin" Finally spoke up Rocky, as he quickly changed the scenery before protests came in.

They  Scene changes to A boy who was breathing sounded raspy and forced, Strapped down on a table with Chains Making sure he wouldn't Escape, The Boy is shown more Clearly showing The Straw Hat's Captain Being watched by a Man Dressed weirdly

As everyone had mix reactions Dragon could only think of what must of happened to his son to make him that injured and hurt, Some of the Straw hats were crying while others kept silent looking at the state of their captain

"Where is He?" Asked Coby

"Ill keep it brief, While Saving Ace, Luffy went to Impel Down and broke in almost making it their in time just to get stopped by Magellan who injected poison to him till he was in the brink of death"

"WHAT!" Yelled Nami

"..Luffy..!" Cried Chopper

The Warlords however were impressed to hear his dedication and Determination to save his Brother. Shanks Was silently Watching While taking big sips of sake with Zoro and Yasopp.

"Luffy sure Cares for Ace-yoi" said Marco to Whitebeard who only nodded thinking about how the boy might be Stronger than anyone will know.

A Man/Woman Appears looking at Luffy While Her/his arms are crossed

"Ivankov part of the the Revolutionary army" answered Sengoku as he thought about the person, and looked over at Koala who was Happy to see her comrade

"10 Years of you life, That's what its going to cost you if I administrate this treatment"

Sanji who had wide eyes couldn't express how he felt so he spoke what was on his mind, "Oi oi oi, Luffy didn-" 

"Its Luffy were talking about" interrupted Zoro as he too was surprised to hear that his captain in the future gave up 10 years of his life for his brother.

While everything was on verge of chaos Koala walked towards Dragon who had a little reaction in which Koala has never seen, "Are you alright?"

(So far in the Story Koala, the emperors, Warlords, Princesses, and parents know about Luffy being Dragon's son I forgot to mention that)

"Yeah, lets keep watching"

"Its a High Price, but that poison is serious Straw Hat Boy" Said Ivankov as it showed Luffy gasping for air

Without Hesitation Luffy answered, "Fine by me"

Once again the people didn't know how to react to this, the boy decided to discard 10 years to save his brother which dies in the future, "Luffy...why didn't you think it thru?"
