Princess Ivory Winters was as beautiful as they come. She had long, dark hair that fell past her waist and icy pale skin. Her appearance perfectly matching her last name, Winters.

Ivory's eyes were a golden brown, something that could be considered similar to honey. Unlike her dads bright green eyes, Ivory had gotten hers from her beautiful mother, a kind and giving lady.

The Queen

Despite most fairytale stories, Ivory's parents were anything but awful and cruel. Everyone had something lovely to say about them, not daring to speak a negative word about the Royal Family that they deared so much.

They were loved, respected, and loyal.

Although Ivory's parents were both confident and well-spoken, Ivory couldn't help but to be more on the shy sides. However, you couldn't blame her. She was always instructed to stay on the castle grounds for safety reasons. Growing up, her schooling was set in her huge, personal library with a quite strict but wonderful tutor named Mable

Despite how tough Mable was on Ivory, she couldn't help but love the sweet girl as if she was her own. But she would never tell Ivory that.

The Queen and King had known how lonely Ivory must be getting, since she was always alone in the huge castle, not having any siblings or friends to interact with.

To solve that problem, the King had asked his right hand man, Lucius, if he could start to bring his son in with him. The King and Queen had hoped that Draco Malfoy, the small blonde boy, could be the one who would help their daughter break free from her shy and quiet side.

When Draco had first come into the castle and met the princess, he had absolutely hated Ivory and everything about her. He was a talkative and outgoing boy that always wanted to go out and adventure around the huge castle, as he was only used to the small cottage and pond that he lived in. Ivory on the other hand, was already used to the grounds of her home and much rather denied his pleas. She preferred to stay in the quiet library, slightly angering the small blonde with her stubbornness.

Whenever Draco had tried to start a conversation with the quiet girl, she would only nod or shake her head to his questions or statements, never letting him hear her soft voice. He had even almost given up the idea of speaking to her, thinking she would never end up responding to his words or questions.

However, after one quiet night in the library, the boy had finally heard Ivory's small voice break the silence that was being held so tightly in the air.

"What do you like to do for fun?"

Who knew that one small and simple question would change the entire relationship between the young princess and her blonde acquaintance.

Ivory and Draco's relationship had went from hatred and annoyance, to an equal understanding, to becoming the bestest of friends.

If anyone had seen Ivory, they knew that Draco was somewhere close by. As the two had started to bond more and over the years, they eventually got to the point where they were attached at hip. Draco had quickly formed a protective side over the beautiful princess and had learned that his forever goal was to keep her safe from the nasty and cruel world that was past the castle grounds.

Ivory found herself strongly believing in quality over quantity once she had met the the blonde boy.

She knew that she needed nothing more than her best friend, Draco Malfoy, by her side.

She loved him deeply,

as a friend.
