At 5, Ginny, pansy, and lavender came into the dorm where I was reading
"time to get ready!"
I sigh, "Okay go on then" they squealed and started running around the dorm getting everything, "girls calm down"
"no way, first date is the best date that's what they say" lavender stated
"I don't think they do say that lav" pansy corrected
"uhm I'm pretttty sure they do" her voice went really high as she insisted
"only the bats could hear that lav" Ginny joked
Pansy was on makeup; Ginny was on hair and Lavender was on painting my nails and figuring out what to put with what
Meanwhile in the Slytherin dorms, Draco's POV
"BLAISE"
I was taking Hermione on our first date in a bit and I felt like a girl, I had no idea what to wear even though I have a closet full
"what," Blaise said as he walked in
"I need your help"
"with what exactly?"
"I don't know what to wear"
he burst out laughing "seriously? You have a closet full of clothes what do you mean" he was still chortling, ignoring my death stare
"I mean, I don't know what to wear, you know where I'm taking her, but I have no idea what I'm wearing"
"just wear your navy suit, that's a good one" he suggested
"yea, but what if it's not right? Or-or she doesn't like it?" he just gave me an 'are-you-kidding-me' look "you're right, navy suit it is"
he nodded and started walking out
"wait Blaise!"
he turned reluctantly "yes? I'm tryna go study"
I rolled my eyes "I really don't care, what do I do with my hair"
he started laughing again "you're such a girl, just leave it down I heard her talking to Ginny about our hair- don't ask me why but girls seem to like guys' hair more than the guy themselves at this point, but yea 'mione likes it better when your hair is just down and nothing special or anything ya know?"
I nodded "thanks mate"
"anytime"
Back in the Gryffindor girl's dorms, Hermione's POV
"aaand done!"
"me too"
"me three"
I don't usually praise myself, but I have to say I looked gorgeous

"thanks" lavender smiled
"We take pride in our work," Ginny declared and pansy flipped her hair
I was gonna sit down to read when – "NO NO NO, DO NOT MESS UP OUR WORK" pansy screamed
"Woah ok"
"don't you dare mess that up 'mione or you have us to deal with," she said pointing at herself, and the other two
"ok, I won-"
We heard a shout downstairs which was meant for us, pansy stuck her head out the door
"it's Draco" my heartbeat rose, he's here
"We better go 'mione it's better you walk down yourself," lavender said, I nodded
"you excited?" Ginny asked
"very" I answered
"good because we aren't wasting all this" she pointed at me "for you not to be excited"
"okay ok go go!" I didn't want to waste time
Draco's POV
I shouted upstairs and pansy looked out the door before going back in
2 minutes later pansy, red, and purple walked down
"is she coming?"
"yea she's just finishing up,"
I nodded
red and purple pushed me against the wall and put their wands to my throat
"don't you ever DARE hurt her" purple started in a threatening voice
"or you'll have us, the rest of her friends and my family to deal with," red threatened
"I wouldn't dare,"
"she loves you, like a lot" purple carried on
"I know, I love her too" their grip on their wands didn't falter
"If you hurt her in the slightest way, you won't get back home, you won't be able to get home, you won't even be able to SEE your way back home" I gulped when red said this
"mione is the nicest and kindest person on earth, never hurt her, because we know how to get away with murder" purple spat
"Ginny here is amazing at hexing, as you well know, you don't wanna cross her"
"and lavender is the best gossiper in Hogwarts she can make any rumor about anyone and you won't live it down remember Theo?" I nodded "I was the one who made the rumor about him"
"none of that will matter though... because we might not be able to get to you before she murders you" red said before removing her wand
"she's worse than us all combined" purple snapped one more time before removing her wand too
"good luck!" red said with an innocent smile
"i-I ok, uhm," I said rubbing my neck trying to get rid of the marks their wands made
"and here she is" pansy had been standing there not knowing what to do, I turned to look at her
My breath got caught in my throat, she looked beautiful, well she always looks beautiful but wow, I didn't think it was possible for her to look even more amazing, but she's done it again... she's deceived me I can't believe I was blessed with a girl like this... wow
"Draco? Dracooo?" Hermione was waving a hand in front of my face and laughing a little when I came out of my trance thingy
"s-sorry you look... amazing 'mione really" she smiled and blushed
"aw thank you" I kissed her and even though they had just threatened me the three girls squealed again
"off you go love birds," pansy said then each of them hugged 'mione and me
when pansy hugged me she murmured "good luck Draco" I smiled then red hugged me reluctantly I think pansy was making her
she whispered "Remember what we said Malfoy" she glared at me quickly before turning and walking towards Blaise who had come with me and had watched the whole charade but didn't stop them from threatening me
then purple turned to me and hugged me just as reluctantly as red but did "watch yourself Malfoy" she said before walking towards pansy
