Side Story 2: Kanko and Kouka

I know how many people been thinking how did the beautiful Kouka met the pervert Umibozu or Kanko? Well, this will a good chapter to tell you how they met and fall in love. It happened 28 years ago, Kouka was known as the Master of Kouan and very skillful on her aim and fighting. "Good morning, Ayano-san" she said while wearing a her white cheongsam. Otose turn around who was smoking before she blows it away. "Kouka, I told you many times to called me 'Otose' than my real name. Well, since you along with Shouyou-kun and Utsuro-san known me for years, I guess it's fine. What happened with you? Did you got into a fight?" Otose asked which Kouka walk in and sat down. She soon asked her for a drink which she nod and serve it. "I met someone" she said which Otose was shocked and didn't notice that she was throwing all the liquor out and overboard it.

Otose soon stopped and apologize for the mess she made before asking who was this 'someone'. "Some Yato named Kanko. He was getting into a fight with the rivals Yatos of the west and I end up getting into their fight which he tried to sexual harassment by pulling the 'snack' out of his pants and I blast him with my umbrella" Kouka said which Otose was shocked and disbelief before looking at the phone. "I'm going to call the police to take him away for sexual harassment on a 18 year student" Otose spoke harsh and dark which Kouka told her that she will deal with him since she was much stronger than him since she was part Yato and part Ryuumaku. Otose sighs before telling her that she should bring Shouyou to company her when that pervert comes.

Kouka nods as she drink up and walked away from Otose Snack. Kouka soon notice someone was following her that she turn around and seeing no one in the streets. She wasn't dumb. "If you kept spying me, then Ayano-san will kill you for your stalking and sexual harassment, Kanko" she said which Umibozu come out and looking embarrassed. Umibozu was a young man with a long, wavy messy black and black eyes as he processed smooth fair skin. He was wearing a Chinese black martial arts suit and carrying a red umbrella. "Sorry about that. I just wanted to apologize for what happened earlier. Tell your family that I'm really sorry and I will accept any punishment that your father holds for me. I bet it's something worst than seppuku" Umibozu said in fear.

Kouka soon look back and opening her purple umbrella. "I don't have a father or mother anymore. You don't have to worry about that but you should be worry how Ayano-san will punish you. She's...like a mother to me" she said before walking away. Umibozu was shocked and he didn't know that she was a orphan Yato. Kouka soon stop and looked at him. "I know a food stand near here, if you're hungry then come with me" she said which Umibozu was shocked before smiling in joy and starts following hed. Kouka was surprised how much a Yato eats which she didn't have that type of trait since she was half Yato and most of her body is Ryuumaku. "You know, when I heard that Housen was defeated by the Master of Kouan, I wanted to know who it was. But I didn't think it was a lovely lady like you. I'm still apologizing for my behavior from earlier. I get very aroused when I sense great danger in a fight that excited me" Umibozu said.

Kouka nod while she looked at the blue sky. This was her first time meeting a Yato without any intention of fighting with her. Umibozu was down to earth, kind of perverted but polite and apologize for his mistakes he done. "This is my first time meeting a Yato who doesn't want to fight me. So, you're that Umibozu that you made Housen draw?" She asked which Umibozu nod and saying that Housen tried to get the Yato throne of the Clan for years but he couldn't defeat him or either him. "That's why I came to see the Yato who actually defeat that womanizer pimp. Thank you for defeating that punk. He was causing ton of trouble on Aichi, Chiba, Nagano, and even the other side of Tokyo. I guess back to Tohoku will chill out" Umibozu said which Kouka looked at him with her bored look.

She never learned anything in the Yato homeland and she wanted to know since she was half Yato and wanting to know more of her parental clan. "Tell me more about Tohoku. I never got to learn about my father's homeland. Can you please tell me, Kanko" she said which Kanko blush like crazy and nervous laughing like idiot. After that, they got close and Umibozu would visited her everytime he had a chance. He got jealous when he saw her with Shouyou but he later understand that Shouyou and Kouka were just best friends. As five years passed and she got into a relationship with Umibozu and Shouyou adopted Oboro and Gintoki. Kouka was waiting for Umibozu and for months, he haven't response her. "Kouka! Sorry, I'm late. There was some stuff I need to deal with the Yato Clan" Umibozu said which Kouka sigh and telling him that she was fine if it was important. "Yeah, it's turns out that I have to deal becoming the new Yato King since months ago, my old man died and he left me his inheritance for being the new king. Which means we won't spend much together and I'm moving to Akita because we got discovered by the government again. Sorry, Kouka" Umibozu said which Kouka look down.

'I never thought we would be separated because of the government. This is the first time I don't want him to leave. I spend so much with him than I forget the burden I had in my heart and the loneliness I felt for years. I guess I really fell for him hard...I don't want to break up with him' she thought. Umibozu soon sighs as walked towards her. "I don't want spend less time with you or be distance from you. Which...which....which...WE SHOULD GET MARRY! I PROMISE I WILL MAKE YOU HAPPY!!!" He shouted which Kouka looked at him in surprised while he was had a serious look on his face. Kouka soon small laugh that made Umibozu dumbfound before she smile at him.

"God, I don't know what I'm going to do with you. I love you, Kanko" she said which Umibozu was shocked before faints away by the words she spoke and getting a little of nosebleed. Kouka laugh more before looking at him with a smile. She really love him.

"I also promised I will make you happy as well"
