Hawks:

-hawks likes it when you sleep beside him with your head on his chest
-he can have an arm around you
-and he knows that your safe
-hawks'll have his wings wrapped around the both of you
-they kinda act as a blanket
-you like sleeping beside him with your head on his chest because you can hear hawks heart beat
-hawks can be really clingy so good luck trying to get up in the middle of the night

Dabi:

-at first dabi was hesitant to sleep with you
-mainly because when ever he has a night mere his quirk can activate and he doesn't want to burn you
-you told him you'd be fine and convenienced him that everything would be ok
-after warming up to you dabi liked having his arms around your waist
-you enjoyed having your boyfriend so close
-and his quirk made his body temperature warm so the two of you don't even need a blanket

Monoma:

-he likes sleeping back to back with you
-sometimes if your upset he'll hug you
-monoma isn't a huge fan of cuddles but he will if your sad
-he's also a super light sleeper so he wakes up easily

Bocogo:

-you smother him in cuddles!!!
-he acts like he doesn't like it but you know otherwise
-he secretly loves it and gets annoyed when your not being cuddly
-he sleeps like a log so you'll have to put a microphone to his ear to wake him
-that's because of his quirk he's used to loud noises so he doesn't wake up easily

Todoroki:

-he a light sleeper
-during summer your sleep next to his left(?) side
-during winter you'll sleep next to his right(?) side

Shinso:

-you both sleep with a tone of cats!!!
-kitty cuddles!!!
