-you have two different colored flames: white and black
-black is the strongest but most dangerous and hard to control
-you also can't use it for too long
-White is your average flame nothing too special but it's easier to control then the black flame
-The down side to your quirk is that you don't do well in the cold
-and if you over use your quirk you burn your self

Bocogo:

-your quirk let's you create smoke
-depending on what you want you can even creat poison different colors of smoke or paralyzing smoke
-the Draw backs are that it takes a lot of energy
-and you your sell can also be affected by the smoke so you have to wear a mask

Monoma:

-your quirk can stop peoples quirks by touching them
-but it only lasts for about 5 to 10 minutes depending on how much energy you have
-the Down side it only lasts as long as you keep focus
-and you can't use it on more then 3 people at a time

Todoroki:

-your quirk gives you control over the wether
-but mostly just simple things like rain and thunder
-tho you can only control about a square mile at a time
-You have a VERY hard time controlling your quirk cuz you can't just want lightning to strike in a specific spot
-you HALF to use extreme concentration

shinso:

-your quirk let's you read people's minds if you look them in the eye
-the Down side is that you can read people's mind when you don't want to
-there's no odd switch to your quirk
