waking up to see akaashi
is always a sight for sore
eyes. i always planned on
waking up beside him for
the rest of my life.

we were on day 5 until i had
to move to hyogo. most of our
time was hanging out at each
other's house, or out on a date.

i loved everything for dates they
were always unique or something
he knew we both loved. this time
around we had planned to go to
a cat cafe.

i was sitting in a tennis skirt, a
pink sweater with smiley faces
on it. putting on my plain white
converse, and a white shoulder
bag. i look at myself in the mirror
smiling a bit.

akaashi always loved my smile,
and i loved everything about him.
i'm pretty sure it's vise versa, well
i sure hope it is.

i walk down my stairs to hear
knocking at my door. it was no
surprise to see akaashi, but he
was in a light green sweater
with a collared shirt, and black
jeans. paired with his iconic
jordan 1 mochas i had bought
him.

it was a present that i gave
for our anniversary, yes it
was overly priced but he's
been wanting some for a
long time.

the surprised face he made,
with tears in his eyes. he just
looks at me and says,

i can't take this.

swaying our hands as i skip
to our destination. we have
the weirdest talks. he doesn't
mind it, he loved that i'm even
comfortable with him.

arriving at the cat cafe we
find a seat against the glass
window. it felt like a movie.

the mix of retro and kawaii
aesthetic, cats beside us. our
eyes couldn't get off the two
cats in love, who were beside
us.
