It was another day, Pikachu and Ash were walking down a small path towards the next gym. " So Pikachu! " Ash said happily, " are you excited to win this gym? " Pikachu couldn't help but frown. Of course, he wanted to win, why wouldn't he? But recently he had been wanting more than just rewards, and he wanted to be more than just Ash's friend. He wanted to be his love. He hoped that they could one day be able to look into the eyes of each other longingly. He wanted to rub his fuzzy paw through his soft hair, he wanted to be able to kiss his cute lips, he just wanted his love. " Pika!!! " He replied. " Oh, Pikachu, when will you ever speak to me? " Ash laughed, unknowing that he really could speak. Pikachu kept this a secret, the secret that he could speak. He did this so that one day he could reveal this fact to only the one he loves...and only when they're in a relationship. But when would this happen? When would his dream come true? When would Pikachu try his shot? And why has he not taken it yet?
