what if i do like him?

Arcade Date? {pt.2}

"Are you sure you're okay?" He said concerned

"Uh- yeah I'm fine." I was fine, but I was scared. Like did that just come out of nowhere and why? Why did it happen, I wasn't doing anything overwhelming like skydiving. Well, being with Demetri was overwhelming but I still liked him. I liked him a lot.

"Hey, do you want to go to the prize area?" I asked him

"Oh sure!"

We walked over to the prize area with all of our tickets.

"Hmm what do you want?" He asked me pointing at all the potential things we could win.

"This ones cute!" I pointed at a little hippo stuffed animal. The arcade worker handed me the hippo and we went back to the bench and sat down. I hugged the little hippo stuffy while leaning against Demetri. He was looking around at all the other people at the arcade. I should know, because I couldn't take my eyes off of him. He looked down at me and smiled, I of course smiled back. I sat up while looking at him, he leaned his face to mine and kissed me.

"HOLY SHIT Y/N KISS HIM BACK DUMBASS" I shouted in my head. I kissed him back... obviously. I couldn't believe this was happening, I really hope this wasn't a dream. We separated out faces from each other's and smiled. He drove me home after a few minutes of that amazing moment. He dropped me off at the front of my house.

"Bye Demetri!" I said with a smile and waved.

"Bye!" He replied. I walked up to the front porch and opened the door. I looked back to see Demetri driving away in his car. I walked into my house and closed the front door. "Oh my god" I said quietly, I cant believe that just happened. I walked up to my room and jumped on my bed thinking about what just happened. After an hour of that I got ready for bed. I took of my makeup and changed into some shorts and an oversized t-shirt.

{fast forward to a monday}

I walked to school peacefully but I was still thinking about last night. I got to school and walked through the doors.

"Oh! Hi y/n!" Moon said as she rushed over to me.

"Oh hey!" I replied turning my head.

"So, I'm having a party on Thursday and if you want to come you totally can!"

"Sure! I'll totally come!"

"Okay, great! And you can invite some people if you'd like!"

"Alright! See ya in class!"

"Bye!" Okay that's good, I have something to look forward to this week, I went over to my locker and took out my science books. As I closed my locker I saw Demetri walk over to me.

"Hey!" He waved at me.

"Hi!" When we got to science class we sat down with Miguel. We were all in a group together for our science experiments.

"Hey guys!" Miguel said to us.

"Hi!" I replied and so did Demetri. Sam walked in with a blow pop stuck to her shoulder.

"Wow, a blow pop guys. Funny, that joke never gets old." Sam said sarcastically.

"Does anyone have a spot for Sam in their group?" The science teacher asked the class. Everyone went silent.

"Uh, We can take her" Miguel raised his hand. Sam smiled and walked over to our table, I smiled at her while demetri looked at Miguel concerned. I scooted over so Sam had a spot to sit, Demetri didn't really like Sam. Well he thought that the blow pop joke was funny but he's just like that.

{fast forward a few minutes later}

We were dissecting pigs.

"So what do you guys think about sex?" Sam asked examining the pig.

"Uh i- um" both of the boys were speechless.

"Well in the male this tract opens up near the umbilical cord. So I think ours is a female." Sam explained.

"Um, y-yeah" Miguel replied. I smiled at Sam. Class was over and we walked out.

"Oh um Sam can I walk with you?" I asked her.

"Yeah sure!"

"So, are you going to moon's party on Thursday?"

"Yeah I am!" She replied.

"Nice! Um maybe I can pick you up and we can go together?"

"Sure! You know my address right?"

"Yep!"

"Okay, great!"
