A month and a half had passed. All our friends knew we were dating and so did the rest of the school. We were quite open about it. I was starting to get a little stressed.I needed to tell him.

Jay and I were back at the lake.

He looked into my eyes.

"I love you so much." He said with glistening eyes.

"I love you too Jay." I said back to him tiptoeing to kiss him on the lips again. "Hey I have something to tell you."

"What?" He had the same expression on his face.

"Promise me you won't get mad at me for not telling you."

"I won't. I promise."

"Well basically I'm an Angel." I lied.

"Yeah I know. You're my pretty little angel."

"No I'm not joking. I'm actually an angel from heaven."

"What?" He questioned. I stayed silent. "Wait you're not joking are you."

I was still silent.

"Oh my gosh. That's so cool. What does that mean? Like do you have wings?" He asked.

"No Jay." I chuckled. "I'm like a regular human."

"Oh. But you're still really cool tho." He said.

"Oh and there's one thing I'm not telling you about." I said getting nervous. "I have to go back to heaven in a week."

"What?!" Jay exclaimed with a shocked look on his face. "Is there no way you can stay?"

"There is one way. But you won't agree to it." 

"What is it?"

"You have to kill the people closest to you."
