It's Time to Take Action

Teresa was walking to the front of the WICKED building. Thomas was with her, but disguised as a WICKED guard. They walked through the scanner and they were clear.

The two of them walked a little down a hallway until another WICKED guard approached them. It was actually Newt in disguise as well. Thomas gave a head nod as a signal and Newt did the same. The three of them continued to walk down the stairs and past a garage, when two more WICKED guards stepped in front of them. Again, it was Gally and Mallory also disguised as guards.

Teresa used her thumbprint to open a door that led to another staircase. Gally noticed a breaker box on the wall.

"Hold on. I can get in here." he said.

"Throw me the walkie." Thomas said.

Gally tossed it to him, then moved his focus back to the breaker box.

"Mallory, go scope out the upstairs. I'll do the downstairs." Thomas said to her.

"On it." she said, then went up the stairs.

Newt leaned up against the railing. He took off his helmet and started to cough. It didn't sound good. He saw Teresa staring right at him, so he turned away.

Mallory came back.

"You doing okay?" she asked Newt.

"Yeah, I'm fine. This uniform is very uncomfortable though. It's making me sweat and giving me shortness of breath." he explained.

Mallory could tell that something was up with him. She probably knew what it was, but she didn't want to ask. Rescuing Minho was their priority.

Thomas came back from scoping out the rest of the staircase.

"Frypan, we're in. How are you doing?" he said into the walkie talkie.

"Yeah. Yeah, I'm getting there. Tell Minho "Hi" for me." he responded.

"Hang in there, buddy." Thomas said.

Gally got the breaker box open. He examined the wires, and pulled out a device that'll send codes and top secret information back to Lawrence's base.

"Brenda, what's your status?" Thomas asked into the walkie talkie.

"My status is, I'm working on it." she responded.

"Copy. Just make you're ready on your end." Thomas said.

"Don't worry. You know I'm gonna be there." Brenda said.

In the subject holding room, a guard was looking at the computer.

"That's funny. The system's glitching." he said.

"I'll go check it out." another guard said.

He walked over to the door of the room and opened it with his thumbprint. When it opened, he was met with Thomas, Newt, and Gally firing shots into the room.

The kids heard the noise and chaos through the walls of their holding cells. They all ducked for cover in case any shots came through.
