Shizuka had finally returned to Shigure's house after days had passed and layed on her bed for almost the whole time thinking about her time at the estate

"I hope you continue to act like this Shizuka. I wouldn't want inconvenience between the two of us.."

That was what the family head had said during the banquet as they put their hand on top of the Greenette's. Shizuka gave a small nod and said putting her free hand on top of Akito's hand

"Of course, I wouldn't want our bond to break after all. I also promised you this, it's the least I can do for you."

That was what the girl had said, but a sentence remained in her head

"Uhm..I know this won't help you right now, but! Follow your own heart and don't let others decide your future for you..."

The Greenette felt conflicted between the two contrasting sentences as the banquet had ended. She asked herself looking at the shining night sky as she headed outside of the main house

"For the better of others, or myself?"

Keeping herself too in thought, she shook her head and sighed, going back into the house that was behind her

Sighing at the scenes that remained in her head, Shizuka turned around to the other side of the bed and looked at her silent phone that was placed on her bedside table before a buzz emitted. Grabbing the phone, the Greenette opened it and saw a new message saying

"I forgot to ask!!"

Irritated at the Pink-Haired girl, the other girl typed quickly

"What is it?"

In a few seconds a response was given

"How did your stay go??"

Lowering her brightness, she closes the tab and answered

"At the estate? Well, it went okay I guess.."

"That's good to know!"

The Greenette gives a light smile at the screen in front of her and before she could send her message

"Ah!! I need to go, my mom's calling me. Bye!!"

Deleting her to-be-sent message, she deletes it and replaces it with a thumbs up emoji. Putting her phone back on the bedside table and sighing, repositioning herself to her previous position, she pulls the blanket closer to her face and makes herself comfortable

"There's enough time for me to finish unpacking my things.."

With that, Shizuka proceeds to close her eyes, bringing herself to the world of dreams..

Awaking in a panic, the Greenette hurriedly sits up with ragged breathing and a rapid beating heart. Anxious at her recent state, she places her right hand on the right side of her face until she feels a wet substance

"...H-Huh?"

Taking her hand away from her face, she sees the wet substance and touches it with her thumb. After confirming what it was, she wipes the under of her eyes and gets off of her bed. She opens her blinds to the sight of the sun shining brightly than what she was used to seeing when she woke up for school, just then, her heart beats rapidly again

"What's happening?"

Now rushing to her phone and opening it, she sees the time and panics, tears filling her eyes again

"W-Why did I not wake up yesterday? I know I set up a time before I even arrived back.."

Regaining her composure about her current situation, she looks to the door of her room and walks towards it. Finding herself in front of the door, the Greenette puts her hand on the door knob and opens it, seeing a void of black before her presence

"Th-This isn't real..What the heck.."

Hearing no response whatsoever, Shizuka closes the door before realizing

"Where's the door?"

Looking at the missing door, the Greenette then starts falling, making her heart drop and tears forming. A few seconds, which felt like minutes, passed and the female found herself unharmed, magically standing in a room of black with two familiar figures who don't move a single inch. Shizuka nervously chuckles as a sweat drops from her forehead

"So this is where my dream brings me.."

No conversation was brought up between the two familiar figures, but instead, slowly by slowly, they got closer and more eerie, scaring the female. Planning to step back, she felt herself not moving and was stuck in the same place, awaiting for the final scene her dream would bring her in. A few minutes had passed and the female could do nothing but close her eyes in hopes of waking up. Feeling no presence touching her, she opens her left eye a little and sees the two eerie figures' faces right in front of the girl scaring her half to death...

Doors opening, a familiar brunette looks at her senior in panic and places the tray of food on the table placed in the middle of the room and walks to the Greenette's bedside sitting on her bed

"S-Sohma-Senpai! What happened!?"

Terrified and speechless at the sight that had once beheld her in total darkness, she takes her hand away from her face and quickly hugs the brunette in silence...
