As I mentioned earlier, I'm a sucker for Baku ships that contain character development/the enemies-to-lovers trope. Thankfully, Bakudeku is just that.
Most of the BNHA series literally revolves around the bakudeku friendship and their development. And whilst most people argue that they hate each other, Bakugou literally states in the manga that he does in fact care about Izuku.
Does that mean I think Bakudeku will become cannon? No. Will I enjoy their somewhat cannon friendship anyway? Yes.
